“Got a brand new federator, I’m paying on hopefully I can put cash also on it besides the payments of making the like less than the payments we’ll see how it goes, but they were very professional and I have a brand new fridge. it wasn’t easy getting in my house, but they got it in. There’s a dent on the left bottom side and a few scratches but that it’s it’s fine so but I’m the one that wants them to put it in so now I found a little minor scratches here Door frame the doors but other than that it’s it’s I’m not gonna know worry bad little bit of scratches that you can barely see. There’s some in the plastic too so that’s from manufacturing and that’s not from them so oh no it was excellent experience highly recommend them. Haven’t got the kit for the icemaker warm maker yet, but I will soon but so far so good nice and calm make a little noise sometimes”

Associate was helpful in answering my questions and when I called for help leveling one of the fans after install gave me the contact info for someone who specializes in leveling the fans. Also recommended a product to help extend the life of the metal for my outdoor fans. Purchased 3 of the Bombay models.”

“My family has been doing business with John's Appliance city for 2 decades now. My wife and I recently bought all of our kitchen appliances with John's and were very impressed by the customer service. There were a couple insignificant issues after install and it was very easy to call and speak to an actual person to arrange for a technician to come out promptly and address the problem.
After Hurricane Ian, my parents house unfortunately flooded. Before power had even come back on someone from John's came out to assess the damage and see what would need to be replaced to expedite my parents needs.
We also recently purchased a new washer and dryer. Unfortunately my uncle stood on the top of the dryer and bent in the metal. Johns ordered us a replacement top for the dryer and installed it FOR FREE. Hard to believe. Just good, understanding people.
These are the benefits of buying from a locally owned and operated business that cares about the community. If we had bought from Home Depot or Lowes then it would have been a huge hassle every time we had an issue. Being able to call and speak to a person to have a problem solved is a rare luxury these days.
Cannot recommend John's enough and we will continue to do business with them.

“I am a homeowner in Palm Coast, and I needed a Pro Flo toilet seat. I researched online and found that the nearest dealer was Ferguson. What a pleasant shopping experience. I was on the phone for less than 10 minutes and the product was on the way and will probably be delivered tomorrow. Customer service rep was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Will use again, and highly recommend.”

“I love this place- the ppl who work here are by far the most awesome people to know. They called me last week to wish me happy birthday, but they’re so much more than thoughtful. These are the above and beyond type, they work with any financial situation you’re in and make you feel special. Such a great place especially if you need a few pieces and don’t have a lot of extra cash to drop. Yes, you will ultimately pay more for the item, but you could never have had any of it without their trust. Love them- I would have given 5 stars, but they don’t have a lot of inventory on hand, that is truly the only reason. You can order whatever though, so take that into consideration”

“This is like the only place that really takes apple care in the area. Sometimes they give you appointments way out and cancel if you’re 5 minutes late. But they’re usually quick and you’re in and out with an appointment.”
