“Overall the place itself is quite nice! It's quiet, has fountains in the lake which is nice to listen to if you have a balcony that faces the lake, and has great views of rocket launches if you're facing the southeast. The pool is nice and big with a BBQ grill, seems to be heated most times during the winter, and there's a super nice clubhouse and gym. There is a problem with the gates not functioning sometimes throughout the year, especially when we have lightning hit around the area. The broadband has had some issues in the past with Wi-Fi connectivity dropping out. To contrast that, these ARE the best apartments to live at in my opinion. I really like how there's just two levels, and is not overcrowded. Very dog-friendly. Office staff has been great IMO!”
“River is one of the best employees here!! I just moved in and locked myself out of the apartment? But thankfully, River was so hands on with helping me get in contact with maintenance and even made sure that I got back into my apartment. ❤️”

“I’ve lived here for a few years now and it’s always been nice. The staff in the office are nice and help you get things done in a timely manner. The maintenance guys are all awesome, but Joey is the best! Very attentive and also gets things done in a timely manner.”
“Loved living at The Beacon. Great community with fantastic office and maintenance staff. Gorgeous pool, quality gym, and lovely apartments. I didn't have a pet at the time but the complex is extremely friendly to pet parents. A clean and safe place to live. There's a fountained pond trail and dog park, as well as valet trash service and a car wash on site, too!”
“Very professional at all times. Michelle and Sherri are both amazing and lets not even get on our maintenance man Tom! He's super quick and efficient and very friendly. Been here for almost 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. Thanks for making my home feel like home <3Update: now 5 years and nothing has changed. Such a great team”
“Kristen has been such a blessing! She has her tenants backs when they need it most. I cannot express my gratitude enough to say how amazing she is. Between working with us on rent and some issues we had with our bath tub, things have been smooth and communication has been top notch. We moved in the beginning of May and have loved it since. The team here is fantastic! I love all the events they hold for the community and I cannot wait till they get the second pool open. Looking forward to my time here!”
“Well I been here few weeks now and it's being ok,but just for in the apartment something in there that need to be fix and change out and know one come to check its out plus I did leave a list of things...but overall it's a nice place to live”
