Had a procedure at the beginning of July. When I called for results, I was not given the correct information. Spoke to the Dr. Who told me he was recommending me for surgery and that he had submitted the paperwork. A month later and I'm still waiting on the referral to be submitted. Called twice and was told it would be sent in, but no, still I wait. I've been miserable for years, guess relief is not going to happen.
10/11 update
Still living in discomfort. Still no referral. So glad they care so little for their patients.

Called again. Told it was marked urgent again.

First of all, I pay attention to the reviews, and it appears as if others have dinged AGC for many things; many of which are normal in current healthcare administration; however, once I learned that AGC was undergoing 1) a system conversion, and 2) breaking out from a FHCP, it makes sense.
What I would like to share is the experience of my procedure, which was a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Dr. Zachary Neubert did the procedure, and was assisted by Amneris, Jeannette, Kaley, Ann, Linzey, and Tonya. Kathy greeted me at the front, and given I have had this procedure a number of times, I knew what to expect. I was the 2nd procedure for the office yesterday, and was taken back right on time. Got changed into the gown and then immediately taken to the procedure room where I met the nurses, and then the nurse anesthetist. They got the IV in easily and normally, it is problematic with me due to skinny veins. Ann, the nurse anesthetist got ready to start the anesthesia, and Dr. Neubert came in and introduced himself. Very nice man, and we talked about the procedure. Then I was put to sleep, and woke up and once ready, was taken to recovery room.
Dr. Neubert came in to give me the results, which were very positive. I would just like to say - from beginning to end, the staff and the doctors and nurses were amazing. Friendly, cared for me and my well being. As I stated, I have had quite a few of these and this one was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was personable, great bedside manner, informative, and caring, immensely caring. If six or even ten stars was an option, I would give them the max. Thank you to AGC and Dr. Neubert, along with Kathy (receptionist), Ann (anesthesia), and nurses Amneris, Jeannette, Linzey, Tonya and Kaley were just amazing, and you all have my highest recommendation! Thank you thank you thank you!

I don't even know where to begin to be honest. This place is a joke and the staff are totally disorganized and somewhat rude. The Dr. who performed my husbands’ colonoscopy and endoscopy was the coldest uncaring individual I think I’ve ever encountered in the field of medicine. We were kept waiting forever being told the Dr. will be right with you to give you your results, luckily I’m in the medical field and was able to tell my husband his colonoscopy and endoscopy was normal, and an hour later after being in the claustrophobic recovery room the Dr. who was described by his receptionist as “Top man the best of the best” waltzes in casually picks up the papers and basically told my husband he was fine blah blah blah and walked out without even saying anything, so ignorant and rude. We will never step foot inside this place again, we were fed excuse after excuse about the anesthesiologist being stuck out there in a pond in her car that’s why the procedure started so late. Don’t waste your precious time or health to these unprofessional people they are unbelievably rude and everyone just hangs around gossiping.

They recently lost their two best doctors to the Advent health organization.
They are very disorganized currently, and it shows with the office staff and scheduling.
Also, it’s virtually impossible to get an appointment with one of the two doctors remaining, you will see a nurse practitioner.
Until things change, I would avoid this place.

I had to sit on hold for over an hour to make an appt. When I saw the doctor he was great. Had ultrasound done and never got a call back about results. Have called a few times and sat on hold for a long time. Promised a call back after Dr. reviews results and still nothing. It’s been a month since ultrasound. This place is the worst. Stay away.

They have agreements with Florida healthcare and maybe others as the sole provider. They don't have enough staffing at the phone scheduling level to manage the number of people calling in. It's a problem.

They were nice enough to accommodate me the first day seeing how my doctor gave me the wrong directions. But that’s where it stops because I’ve waited over a week for the medication. They said they called in that day and the high scan they ordered was either put in wrong or not at all.
The best part is when I call the office I get an Indian speaking fellow who is very nice but does nothing. They called themselves the back office, but I’ve never been able to speak to the front office nor do they call me back. Might I add I’ve been in severe pain with uncontrollable nausea.

You can't make this stuff up- What a horrible and unprofessional experience I've endured at this office in Port Orange. There is a reason there are so many bad reviews.

If you look forward to dying while waiting for the office staff to submit prior authorization to your insurance company for medications and procedures ordered by the provider then this is the office for you! If you like spending over 9 hours on hold over 3 days time trying to get a person who cares about whether or not you get the treatment you need when you’re experiencing great distress only to get zero results, then this is the office for you. The office staff are unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to make any effort to help they just say “that’s not my job.” If you like sitting on hold for 90 minutes only to have the person who you hear pick up the call promptly hang the phone up without speaking to you, this is the office for you. If you like being lied to a doctor’s office staff then this is the office for you!

Very professional the entire staff from the moment I arrived. Wish I could remember there names but everybody was pleasant and helpful. Doctors name was Hassan Zulfiqua A+. Thank you

Completely unsatisfied with this establishment. I have completed all the testing that was requited and was told that I would be getting a call to move forward with medication. Still here I am 4 weeks later and no call or an update. And I have called several times asking for an update. The best answer I can get is we will get the message to the nursing staff. AND I NEVER GET A CALL BACK. I have requested my medical records and will be looking for a new GI dr. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

This place is terrible, I'm waiting now for over 2 months for biopsy results from colonoscopy and endoscopy. The Dr. was awesome, and the care I received while getting procedures done was also good. But the office is a joke, and obviously the testing facility needs to be completely change out. Also was supposed to hear from them for a CT Sscan and have heard nothing on that. Over 2 months sorry but that's ridiculous.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! Holly Smith ordered a CT scan a month ago and I had it done two weeks ago. I can’t get anyone to call me back for results. I will be finding a new doctor. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Healthcare system is not what it used to be. SAD!

Horrible I only saw PA not specialist .She listened to my heart asked a few questions wasn’t in there 5 minutes ,waited in waiting room to schedule colonoscopy .PA came out and said call this #on Friday to schedule your colonoscopy.Called got answering service left message no call back nothing .No colonoscopy .Than charged me 238 dollars for a visit ? What a scam !
