I came in the store with my mom who suffers from bad sciatica. Jim was knowledgeable of the products and recommended the salve to put on her back and the rest droplets to ease her to sleep. So far so good. Yes, the products are a bit pricey but I like her taking these products then being pumped with pharmaceutical drugs.

I would rate this place with ZERO stars If I could!!!! The owner of this store, Jim, is nasty & rude!! My husband purchased some CBD for our dog who is terrified of thunderstorms, they advised that the CBD needs to be administered daily. I do not want or need something that needs to be given daily!! I went back to the store to return the unopened unused items, that were actually quite expensive!! When I inquired about returning the clerk said she would have to call the owner, after speaking with him she relayed his answer was no. NO?! I asked where is their return policy was posted, as nothing is displayed in the store or on the receipt. She called him back, asked where the return policy was listed, she then handed her phone to me to speak to Jim. When I again asked where the return policy was posted as I don’t see ANYTHING posted ANYWHERE about NOT accepting a return, his response was that there is also nothing posted that they WILL accept a return - nice retort Jim!! There was no having a conversation with him, he was rude and combative, interrupting me and not allowing me to speak. So finally I told him it would be a good idea to post your return policy on the receipt or in the store, and that I would be sure and write a review about my experience - now this is were mean, rude Jim turned NASTY!!! Saying how dare I do post a negative review, asking where I work and where I live in a very threatening way!!! NOT SOMEONE I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH EVER AGAIN, & I RECOMMEND YOU STAY FAR FAR AWAY… there are plenty of other CBD stores out there!!!!!

Wow ! What a bad attitude the “supposed to be the owner “has over the phone! I just called to ask for on address and instead of a pleasant response he asked my name , who I was , and so many other questions that I didn’t get a chance to ask the address. His arrogance was Unacceptable . Definitely don’t recommend rude store representative that I have experienced . He also hung up the phone because I didn’t tell him my name lol wowHis name was Jim!

I was happy the store was clean and the dude working there seemed friendly but he sold me expired edibles... I guess I could have checked the label, but seems like that an inventory problem. Also just limited options other than 1 for each type of item, so what you get is all they have for that, cant choose. Okay affects from the gummis but the dude didn't even know there was a combo of other stuff than CBD, and that's obviously on the label too.

I had a great experience at this store, I was going thru chemo and my hand swelled, I talked to Jim and he said hey try this cream, it worked instantly when nothing else would. It works great for my neuropathy in both my hands and feet. Jim is amazing and filled with knowledge and the store is a spa like setting. Hands down the best place to get your CBD supplies!

I bought the cream for $100.00 and used it once. I broke out in hives and blisters. I contacted Jim and he said he will talk with his Dr. and get back with me.I did not hear from him. I called him 2 days later and he said no one has ever had a problem. I sent him pictures of my rash. I had it for two weeks. He asked if I tried it any where else but my neck. I had put a dot on my arm to see if this is what caused the rash on my neck. I broke out on my arm. I asked if I could bring it back to him and get a refund he refused. Sad thing I did ask before I bought it if there was any problems with using this and he said no. Very disappointed in the way Jim handled this.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. The topical pain cream works amazing. My arthritis pain and neuropathy is much, much better. The store is very clean and comfortable, seems more like a doctors office.
