Jairo and Lenz were useless. They treat Xfinity phone support like they were a separate entity. Phone support says to go to the store. Then at the store they say you need to call. Terrible customer service as well. They don’t listen when you talk and give canned answers that don’t help. They contradict each other and stay silent for long moments at a time without information.

When the service is down they don’t allow you to contact customer service. They tell you when it’s back up you can contact them. Went into Xfinity store. I was told , If I want reliable Internet with Xfinity. I needed to go to their business plan otherwise I only had recreational Internet and I can’t expect it to be reliable.
Xfinity responds to your complaint using a robot. That shows your lack of customer service and how unreliable Xfinity is

If I could give no stars I would have they lie!!!!!! Never do what they say. Send techs that never come. Promise refunds you never get. My cameras were broke for months and I was paying for nothing. Internet is always slow or out. YOU CAN NEVER GET AHOLD OF ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

The worst service in LIFE…no one ever answers the phone…they don’t even deserve a ONE star…impossible to talk to anyone….horrible way to run a business…yet if WE don’t pay our bill they come down on us or charge more……..HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional. I very calmly stated my problem and rep would not give confirmation number, only his word that I'd get an email in 24 hours. Been on the merry go round with xfinity for over a year. Very close to cancelling. Rep then accused me of being upset and mad. Very rude, highly inappropriate. Update 9/18/24 - I never did get that email within 24 hours... Update 9/30/24 - Still waiting on that email...

Terrible experience here. Super dishonest rep was all smiles in the store, told me he'd follow up and help me get an account transferred, then totally ghosted me, leaving me with late fees and an account I couldn't access. Eventually, the third world call center was able to work it out more efficiently. It's really sad when the local customer service is worse than the call center.

Place is a joke. They sent me equipment I didn't need or want. Then I waited over an hour to return it. I now have a Drs appointment and must leave because no one has helped me yet. You would think they would have some one for just returning equipment? Not a good business. We will be switching services soon as we can

Never hire Xfinity Comcast I spoke to a guy named saying that said he was waving fees then received an email saying fees weren’t waved. once I spoke to a lady hazel the supervisor over Aya. Said they are not waving any fees and this charge will go to collections if I don’t pay. This is for a cancellation. I highly Reccomend never going through Xfinity.
