We had a lovely experience at Westchester Gold & Diamonds. The owner himself cleaned my rings (which we had purchased there last year) before he knew we were going to make an additional purchase. He directed us to Karen who was very helpful in making our purchase and he even gave us a very nice discount. We will definitely make this place our jewelry resource for the rest of our lives.

Best shop in the area for all your jewelry needs. Personally I enjoy digging through the Gold and Silver Bullion and coins looking for odd pieces to add to the collection. Eric always has something different set aside that he knows I'll buy. Great customer service and they always seem to know exactly what each customer wants.

The entire staff was amazing. I had some older pieces of jewelry and trinkets that I had no idea if they were valuable. I originally sent an email and received a response very quickly from Steve the owner. I met with Eric at the store and he evaluated my treasure trove. He carefully explained what was real and its value. He even showed me how he tested to determine real vs fake. The experience was wonderful and I felt very comfortable every minute. I believe they were extremely fair in the valuation of my jewerly. I highly recommend Westchester Gold and Diamonds. Definitely will going back. Looking forward to getting some jewelry reset and freshened up. BTW..cant leave out the ladies who greeted us as we walked in. Very very happy environment. Going to be my go to jewelry place from now on.

Can't believe I haven't left a review yet after doing business for 10+ years. Buying and selling they are always extremely fair. Ron and Eric are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The only time I deal similar shops is for firearms.
