This is the worst branch in all my years with Wells Fargo .Always a long line ,they are always understaffed or dont care how long customers wait in line. In the drive tru or inside its always an absurd amount of time waiting in a long line. I am going to move my commercial and personal funds out of this inconsiderate bank ! NOT THAT THEY CARE I am just done spending time in long lines every visit many times per week.

Went to cash a check from insurance settlement. Was told by teller that my wife had to be present although she lives in miami about 220 miles away and had all ready signed it. Went to different office and they deposited it right away.

After attempting to visit another branch I was told to go here. I arrived a little before 4:30 and they told me that they didn’t have time to help me. Won’t be going back to this branch.

I am not sure why anyone could complain about this branch. Every interaction we have had from bankers to clerks has been pleasant and extremely helpful. We specifically acknowledge DANNY SIMMONS as a first class banker. Please show him this review. Thank you for all of your help sir. He knew exactly how to take care of all my needs in an efficient yet extremely personable visit. Seriously, give that man a raise or promotion! ?

You know I just tried to open an account the lady told there was no availability and then told me to do it online but then it wouldn’t let me I’m just so disappointed in the customer service who turns down opening a bank account especially since I’ve never had one it’s not like I have bad history or anything so I suggest anyone who wants to open a bank account go somewhere else

My mother and father have been banking with these people for years. We finally got a loan to help us in a time of need and this bank has been utterly useless. I’m so disappointed in the whole process. They don’t offer online payments for your loan and you can’t call on the weekends because the bankers there don’t know anything about your loan. You have a to call a separate number that we’ve had to fight with for almost 3 months. And we’ve been hung up on multiple times. My mom keeps getting bills in the mail with more interest payments but we’ve already paid it off two months + ago and still have not received the payoff letter. Do yourself a favor, and bank with a different company. Wells Fargo is nothing but a headache and full of fraud.

I come here quite often, never have a problem. There's always a first time. Went in to withdraw money from a business savings, the teller tells me do you have a debit card and I respond not for that account. She repeats do you have a debit card (twice), which again I say not to that account. She replies that's not what I'm asking you, I'm asking if you have a debit card, that's what we use to ID you. Why didn't you just explain that at first, that the debit card does not need to be from the account I'm trying to withdraw from. Simple communication goes a long way. Now if I snap back at her for not knowing how to explain things, I will be the "rude" customer.

Porcelain is low grade. De bathroom is dirty. No asthetic cover on shutoff valve. Something was clearly ripped off the wall. Soap dispenser drips onto grab bar. Why also have bottle pump soap on the sink??? Cracked bad plunger just smelly sits in tupperware in the corner. Bathroom is multiuser for public. Why do they also have employee bathroom for women only. Do they hate their men? Do men not use the bathroom? You men do not use hose clamps.Black lady teller is very nice. She gud

Wells Fargo is the worst Mortgage company. They ask for more papers 3 and 4 times the same information. They string you along for weeks to only tell you they are not giving you the whole amount. Then they offer and counter offer. What company does that?? I had Wells Fargo on my first home and paid it all off. They j*** you around.

Wasn't busy inside but only one teller. Finally a very nice teller helped me because I had been waiting with a walker and I'm elderly. Thanks to the teller that helped me.

Worst customer service ever!! I set up an account online and when I went to login to the online banking it wanted to verify my account which is fine except they wanted to send a code to a phone number I haven’t had for 5 years. I decided to call the customer service line and the first time the guy took my information then went silent, after holding over 20 minutes I hung up and called again. The woman I spoke with this time asked to verify my address. The address They had on file for me was not the address I JUST put in 30 minutes prior when establishing the account, so they were going to send my debit card to an address I haven’t lived at in over 4 years. By now I was not impressed so I asked her to just close the account but of course she couldn’t. This all happened last night so this morning I go in person to close the account at the branch on 41 and Cochran. I went in the lobby and sit down to wait for a banker and after waiting a while and 6 people coming in after me was told I need to get in line (behind the 6 people who came in after me). Once I finally get to the teller to ask to close my account I’m told she can’t help me that I would need to see a banker and that they didn’t have any appointments left for today. I’ve banked here off and on since 1993 and this bank has gone to hell! I know too many times of people having fraudulent charges on their account and now I see why if they’re sending cards and statements to addresses people no longer live at. The manager did at least say “sorry “ but it was superficial at best.
