I don’t think they like helping their own customers with notary services, went in ask the teller she ask the manager who quickly replied then teller comes back and tells me the personal banker who can do it has a customer and will take awhile…didn’t offer to sign up to be called on next or anything.

Have not had a bad experience here yet! I would even dare to say that they have exceptional service here. I was getting frustrated after I visited 2 other branches earlier that could not/would not help with something as simple as opening a credit card. Jason, the gentleman who helped me went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and also got me to think about some things that I hadn’t even considered. While I was in this branch I also saw another teller go out of his way to help the customer in front of me, but I didn’t catch his name. Keep doing what y’all are doing! And thanks again!

They were very polite but u can tell they are trying to become more self-serve. There was only one teller and she was super sweet, polite, and patient. There were no other employees except for a gentleman. Maybe the bank manager. They were both very nice. A lot of the things were directed back to going online through the app. Maybe Wells Fargo is trying to deal with folks not wanting to work? Maybe they are transiting to not having many tellers, or maybe because it was 4:30ish when I went in. Which was close to closing? Who knows they were still super nice.

Have used this branch previously, with no issue. I went in today to get a document notarized. I really needed to get this done & overnighted. I was told the managers were busy, which I could see. I told them I could come back or wait. She asked me to wait while she checked to see how long it would be. Another teller came & told me I needed to go online & make an appointment. What??? They didn't even ask if I was a customer. I am & have been for several years, with 3 accounts. I might not be very much longer with customer service like this. I definitely will not go to this branch again.

wish I could give negative stars! Made a $700 deposit in this atm back in March, the atm says I deposited it, and immediately withdrew it. Which I didn’t. I’ve filed multiple claims, talked to a hundred Wells Fargo employees and spent too much of my life on hold. Not to mention the two weeks of my life I spent working for the tips I was depositing. I’ve received help from no one and this is honestly one of the most frustrating situations I’ve been in. I was a customer for 10 years and they lost me. Take your money elsewhere!!

Terrible, can't even get my debit card after setting up account. They mailed pin but nothing for card. Now 3 weeks have gone by... Almost impossible to talk to someone to get it fixed, an only one person in store to help. Useless bank, will be pulling money out tomorrow morning an closing account. I highly recommend NOT using this bank!!
