They fixed my self-inflicted problem and wouldn't take payment. Thank you! Meanwhile, I wish that I could be rating the other customers who were malicious. Folks were returning for the FL winter season after leaving batteries to cars and boats installed for 6-9 months, batteries had drained, and customers wanted to blame their own poor maintenance on the shop attendants.

Cheapest place around to have my phone screen fixed. Brought it in they had the parts in stock and had my phone fixed within an hour for $89 no appointment needed. Everywhere else I called was $ 140 $160.

Employees don't have accurate information. I was told they didn't have the screen in stock. Then is told that they had it. Then, after I dropped my phone off to be repaired, they called me to tell me that they didn't have. I ended up going two days without my phone. Very aggravating. Once I got the phone back, the repair was done well.

The repair went exactly as I wanted it to. I was treated well, my phone was thoroughly checked before being worked on, and the new battery is functioning perfectly. It's what I wanted, and I got exactly what I wanted at a good, fair price.

I've never been in a "Batteries Plus" store before but my first experience was great! The staff was friendly, wonderful and polite! They fixed my phone in said amount of time and it turned out great. I LOVED this place! A lot of cool, unique & cute little gadgets here too!!! Would recommend 100%! Definitely deserves more business imo!
