I don't know how why anyone would rate them lower than a 5 star. These are some of the most caring people in the world. I have .any things wrong with may but they always take the time to make sure that my prescribes are safe and don't interact badly with any of my other prescriptions. But as far as I'm concerned I'd give them a ten if I could.

Best Pharmacy Team!! Friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Texting is great. I can shop and then when the Rx is ready I can go pick it up.

Pretty sad today. Bad enough they only open one checkout so you'll check yourself out but then they don't open the self checkouts with a conveyor so unless you have a few items you'll have trouble taking things out of the cart as you bag and add them back. They're not paying me to check myself out, no employee discount, etc. The least they could do is open the conveyor self checkouts during the week.

ZERO STARS! What kind of pharmacy "doesn't accept new patients"? Honestly I think the space cadet on the phone was just being lazy (southern problems) and didn't want to do their job.

I’m sorry but this pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I go to pick up or drop off there’s an issue. They will send me a text stating the medications are ready for pick-up. I get in the car to go pick them up and they’re not ready and they have the audacity to give the customer attitude for their poor work ethic. SMH ??♀️ Unfortunately with my insurance I have few options as far as close pharmacies. I hope they step up their game and realize lots of these people are sick and ALSO have busy lives! It would be greatly appreciated if they would find a way to get on the same page to run a proper, professional and efficient business!! ??♀️

Apparently once you’re clocked out you can be rude to customers? Literally had a walmart worker yell at us tonight, but it’s okay cause she was clocked out.

Waited over 30 mins for them to get a manager , and there was no manager on hand to help . The cashier called for one and even called the main phone number for one answer no response.

I WAS FORCED TO CHOOSE AT LEAST 1 STAR! I called in a prescription refill last week. I received a text back from Walmart saying I could pick up my prescription the following day after 2:30 pm. The next day I put on my mask and gloves and when I arrived they told me it wasn't ready, it needed to be ordered. Let me just say that I am 65 and have an autoimmune disease, so I feel that going out in public these days, even with my mask and gloves, is taking a chance of contracting Coronavirus that could make me very ill or potentially kill me because I have an inefficient immune system. The pharmacy clerk told me to come back after Tuesday the next week. I received a text from Walmart on Tuesday saying my prescription was ready. On Wednesday morning my husband went to Walmart Pharmacy and was told they didn't have it, it wasn't ready. After several attempts to get through on the pharmacy telephone I spoke with Michelle and she said it was ready. It had been ready when my husband was there. Then she proceeded to ask me if he spelled my name correctly for the clerk. Did he give the clerk my correct birthday? How stupid does she think my husband is? After 40 years I think he knows how to spell my name, especially considering that it's the same last name as his. And I know he gave her my correct birth date. He has never forgotten it in all the time we've been together, he's very good with numbers and he's not an idiot. A simple apology from Michelle would have been nice instead of trying to make it seem like it was our fault that they put in the wrong information and couldn't locate my prescription that was ready for pickup. If I had another choice in this area I would go there instead. No one wants to go into Walmart in the first place with all of the germs and the Coronavirus being prevalent. But, to go there three different times to pick up one prescription is totally inexcusable and unacceptable.
