The older manager with dark curly hair refuses to honor posted sale prices, stating they forgot to remove the signs. I generally purchase only things on sale.I guess Walgreens wants us to buy from Amazon too. Because there customer service sucks

Romario at Tamiami Walgreens spent a good half hour to try to get an identical pic from my camera which didn’t happen the first time. He got it done. Great job Romario!

Morons all. I'm not returning to this location ever again. Good luck getting your scripts filled without two weeks of B's with them and your prescription insurance.

I am so impressed with the new pharmacist, Mark that is now at this location. He handled my emergency prescriptions fast and was so pleasant to speak with at pickup.Always greeted with a “hello” from the staff when I enter the front door!Keep up the great work!

I went to this store specifically because the website said they had a product in stock. When I show up I find my product to be in stock but it costs $10 more than what it says it is advertised online. I was told by the store clerk the only way to get the online price would be to order it from my phone and wait until they fulfill my order which can take a while.I don’t understand why you cant just show up a store, trust that it’s going to be priced accurately and purchase it instead of having the prices jacked up, being forced to order it online and then having my time inconvenienced the whole way through. If I wanted to shop online, I would.

To start with I was a client of Walgreens for 15yrs or more. I tried to stay loyal to them because of the length of time I had been using their pharmacy. I haven't been using Walgreens for almost 2yrs now. I used to have horrible problems with most of the pharmacists that have gone thru there. They have a huge turn around with pharmacists! The techs were always pleasant to me & tried to help as much as they could. I can say the store itself was kept very clean including the bathrooms. After 15yrs or more of arguing with pharmacists over my medication I went to a small family owned pharmacy & haven't had ANY problems getting my medication. It also doesn't do any good to call corporate either as they will NOT try to help at all. Pharmacy is a different department but even their pharmacy dept wouldn't help! I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. Most of the people who worked there were very friendly but the pharmacy just left a bad taste in my mouth after so many years.

The store part is clean, organized & well supplied/ staff is very friendly. On the other hand the pharmacy needs improvement: extremely slow:: days slow! I’m considering choosing a different location or maybe cvs..

Calling the pharmacy is a joke. Regularly spend 30-90 minutes on hold, just to be disconnected. Transferred to another Walgreens without this problem, except when the occasional prescription gets ordered to the wrong one and I have to call to transfer it which is impossible.

Slowest service ever I came here for a Covid-19 test. Had an appointment at 13:30 now it’s 12:56. I’m still waiting at the window for someone to come help me…! The cars behind me are going nuts. Like it’s my fault…!

My wife and I both went to this location to get our COVID booster shots. Now, this location is in Port Charlotte, Florida, which is an extremely conservative area, with "Trump Shop" locations every 3-4 blocks. Cars drive by with bumper stickers celebrating the former President, and showing pictures of assault rifles and confederate flags. So, going to this location, I'm not sure the reason, but each time we went to get our COVID booster shots the lady at the pharmacy was rude, snippy, and actually refused to give us booster shots, asking us if we were qualified according to the CDC, could prove our qualifications, and shaking her head.Of course nobody there will wear a mask, so if you're immune compromised or believe COVID is real and don't want to get it, be aware.Anyway, each time we went to this location to get boosters, the angry confrontational pharmacy lady was rude, asked us to prove we had immune issues, even if that was not required by the CDC or the law to get the actual shots.I had to show the email print up each time to prove my appointment, show a print up from the CDC website showing I had "permission" to get the booster, then wait 30 minutes, while nobody else was in the store, before someone would administer the shot.I understand (I guess) if you are anti-vaccine, but if you are, you REALLY shouldn't be working in a pharmacy that gives them out or is supposed to. And a clerk at Walgreens has no business quizzing my wife and myself on medical issues, asking to see proof of conditions, then saying "it's not good enough," unless you are an actual Medical Doctor. Next time, I'll ask for the Store Manager and record the experience on Facebook Live.

Terrible terrible customer service. They apparently think that it's perfectly acceptable for someone to get their pain meds 27 hours after having abdominal surgery. They did NOT inform me it would take so long. Their phone system kept hanging up on me whenever I tried to reach a live person. The pharmacist was not apologetic at all, just angry and defensive.
