I'm sorry I didn't get the woman's name who helped me today, but she was so sweet I had to leave a review. She worked at the make up counter and when she saw me looking around for something she immediately came to help with a warm smile. She stayed with me until I figured out what I needed and lead me to the product I needed. She was a great help and I very much appreciated her.

This location is absolutely the worse one. They won’t fill a prescription if your insurance doesn’t cover the medication or you don’t have insurance on file. If they don’t agree with what you and your dr agree on treatment they make it almost impossible to get your medication.

Nothing but excuses from the techs and the pharmacist. They can never get they're story straight on why my prescriptions don't ever get refilled on time. Save yourself a trip and go to cvs. Girl with the pink and black hair is extremely rude.

if I could leave a negative review I would, how they manage to not only take forever to fill a prescription but lose the prescription for a viral infection is atrocious. thank you walgreens for my permanent hearing damage!

Megan the pharmacy assistant and Julie the pharmacist are phenomenal! Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to customer satisfaction set a standard that many establishments could learn from! (Especially CVS on midway and Tamiami- the absolute worst!!)

I'm not typically a fan of Walgreens however my daughter has been extremely sick for 2 days. My Pharmacy is currently closed for the evening and I had the pediatricians send my daughter's medication to this Pharmacy because they were within the hours. I called the pharmacist who immediately said she was going to work on it and I was there within 5 or 10 minutes later they had the prescription filled. And my opinion it doesn't get much better than that. The young lady at the window was extremely patient and kind. I am under slept and exhausted so I had to repeat several things and she made it very easy. Great job team you're going to allow a little girl to sleep tonight!!

I would not go Walgreens again because of their political position on birth control. They do not support my position about birth control. Everyone should have the choice to choose what is best for them and Walgreens is not supportive of this position. I will say that I am very disappointed with their political position on this matter. DO NOT shop and support this retailer.

Update 2023: New pharmacist is calm and friendly and has my prescriptions always on time. Updated to four starsPrevious review 2021: Pharmacist is an absolute nutcase. Goes over every single word on your prescription he's looking for the smallest error. If one word is misspelled if he doesn't read it correctly he refuses to fill RX time and time again. And this is an RX from an ER doctor at Fawcett! The guy is a nutcase. Don't believe me? Go wait in their long line and see who's holding up the line. The pharmacist. Not the customers.

I ordered Holiday photo cards from Walgreens. When I picked up my order, there was a note saying they were "out of envelopes"! I questioned this and was told to visit other Walgreens for envelopes!! Finally, after protesting, I was 'given' a few envelopes. I'm not a happy patron!!!

Walgreens manages to keep it all together and retain their employees. Meanwhile CVS is a ghost town at checkout, encouraging self check, the isles are blocked with boxes of stock. Thank you Walgreens for keeping it together. :)

I strongly recommend going to a different Walgreens location for pharmacy needs. I spent 2 hours trying to get an antibiotic (that was already filled and ready for pickup) because the pharmacy is under staffed/incorrectly trained. Went in the first time and was told I was going to be charged $31 for 10 days of a medication, which per my insurance (which was called and verified with) should only cost $12.81. The original tech Amadea was training a new associate and tried to run old insurance several times. I asked her to please verify that the correct insurance was being charged and was told it was. I left frustrated, and went to my car to call my insurance again and verify with them what was going on. I waited until after 2pm when the pharmacist should have been back from lunch to go back in and try to figure out what was going on again. This time the "pharmacy manager" Emily told me that it was going to again be $30 after running the insurance. I handed her my card and asked her to please again, verify that the correct insurance is being billed. She confirmed that they were not billing the correct insurance and made the adjustments. Which brought the cost down to the correct amount for a 30 day supply. However I was only prescribed a 10 day supply and verified with my insurance that I should not be billed for 30 days if I am not picking up 30 days worth. I asked her to please call the pharmacy help desk number that my insurance provided me to give them. I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes before she would call because the pharmacist was still on lunch, and she is the only person there with the new trainee. Posted hours for the pharmacist to be on lunch at this location should be 1:30-2:00p. I asked her why she cant call and have the new employee watch as it would be a great training opportunity. She told me that she wont do it and she will have to deal with other customers before she will help me. I was to "go sit over there until she gets to it in a half hour." She cannot legally distribute medications while the pharmacist is on lunch. Which is why there is posted lunch hours. There is no reason why she could not make the call at 2:15 when the pharmacist should have been back on duty. I tried to give Emily the number provided to me by my insurance for them to call to which she would not take. I attempted to speak to the store manager Rob, who was dismissive and gave the standard Covid answer for poor customer service. TLDR I had to pay the incorrect amount for my medications and am now waiting to hear from the district representative. Go elsewhere.
