My wife and I both went to this location to get our COVID booster shots. Now, this location is in Port Charlotte, Florida, which is an extremely conservative area, with "Trump Shop" locations every 3-4 blocks. Cars drive by with bumper stickers celebrating the former President, and showing pictures of assault rifles and confederate flags. So, going to this location, I'm not sure the reason, but each time we went to get our COVID booster shots the redneck lady with the distended belly at the pharmacy was rude, snippy, and actually refused to give us booster shots, asking us if we were qualified according to the CDC, could prove our qualifications, and shaking her head. Of course nobody there will wear a mask, so if you're immune compromised or believe COVID is real and don't want to get it, be aware. Anyway, each time we went to this location to get boosters, the angry confrontational pharmacy lady was rude, asked us to prove we had immune issues, even if that was not required by the CDC or the law to get the actual shots. I had to show the email print up each time to prove my appointment, show a print up from the CDC website showing I had "permission" to get the booster, then wait 30 minutes, while nobody else was in the store, before someone would administer the shot. I understand (I guess) if you are anti-vaccine, but if you are, you REALLY shouldn't be working in a pharmacy that gives them out or is supposed to. And a clerk at Walgreens has no business quizzing my wife and myself on medical issues, asking to see proof of conditions, then saying "it's not good enough," unless you are an actual Medical Doctor. Next time, I'll ask for the Store Manager and record the experience on Facebook Live.

Terrible terrible customer service. They apparently think that it's perfectly acceptable for someone to get their pain meds 27 hours after having abdominal surgery. They did NOT inform me it would take so long. Their phone system kept hanging up on me whenever I tried to reach a live person. The pharmacist was not apologetic at all, just angry and defensive.

I found what I needed in Store. J have never have a problem using Express Pay for scripts, so thought I would try the setup up in the MyWalgreens Wallet. I opened it and showed her code and she said she couldn't touch my phone. I told her she didn't need to: Scan the code! She said express pay didn't work for up front. I told her it wasn't!! She said she didn't care what I had on my phone, she knew nothing about it. I said ok. I'll take it up with someone else. I'm not allowed to touch your phone. I said and yet they can in Pharmacy for Express Pay. Not only do they touch it, if I go thru drive thru, showing them Code is not good enough. You have to put your phone in the dispenser so they can pick it up and scan your code for Express Pay. Express Pay for scripts. My Walgreens Wallet for rest of store; don't bother setting it up.

Would give zero if possible. Dropped off scripts and clearly stated they had to go to Hospice patient tonight! Told 1 - 1.5 hrs. and pharmacy would text when ready. Set up and received test text message. After nearly 2 hrs and no text, went to pick up at 8:09 pm. Pharmacy closed. Manager could not help. Walgreens pharmacies have different closing hours among stores to make it worse, if that's possible.

OMG! We stopped here because we use Walgreens at home. Because of an unexpected medical issue, had to pick up a new prescription before we could head home. Dropped of the prescriptions and was told it would be a while because the pharmacist was goi g to go to lunch, and takes "at least 1/2 hour". NOT that she had already left, that she was going to leave! So the pharmacist's lunch is more important than serving a customer? Horrible customer experience - they should be ashamed.

The store is clean. The front cashier was friendly and spoke when I came in. The pharmacy employees are always so helpful. My scripts were ready in a timely manner.
