Angry pharmacy staff looking and make you feel awful for interrupting them. Won't acknowledge your presence. No greeting, no thank you! Think I can find another place to pick up a scrip where maybe , just maybe they might smile or here's a thought appreciate my business.

Walgreens in general are a decent store to shop. However the pharmacy location @ Rampart and Kings Hwy Punta Gorda Fl, is a different story. They claim medications will be ready at a specific time but add a day to actually be able to pick the medication.

I went here for two days straight and brought gift cards and those to days I wasn't able to redeem them and come to find out that I was being scammed the whole time because I never received money back I showed proof that it wasn't working and they said that there was nothing they are able to do about it. Overall just a bad establishment I also don't recommend going to buy things here

THE LIQUOR STORE HAS SOME GREAT PRICES. They list the sale price in their flyer but should also list the original price. That way people would be able to see how much they are really saving.. The sale should also be changed more than once a month. It would get people motivated once they see the flyer.

Put on HRT patch after major surgery which there was delay after delay & telephone miscommunication between pharmacy techs and myself the customer where when I finally did get the prescription they only filled 8 of 84 patches and stated the rest would be in in a couple (2) weeks. It's been 28 days and I called last week and their automated voice messaging service keeps letting me know "tomorrow, & there's been a delay in your prescription" so after two days of "tomorrow" I called today since I am completely out of my patched (HRT is hormone replacement therapy, I had a hysterectomy bc of stage 1 cancer) so I'm on hold today calling them after going through automated system and the people there continued to pick up and place me on hold over 25 minutes. Never got in touch with anyone and I understand Bc of the way many pharmacies have run around this area over the past 15 years that they are short staffed and overworked and I know this because I'm a critical care registered nurse that works in trauma icu, medical surgical icu and neuro icu. So I'm a patient person when it comes to medical and pharmaceutical back ups and delays but this is kinda getting ridiculous. The only reason why I am even trying to get this from Walgreens is bc my physicians office that did my surgery messed up and placed order at this store, I use CVS because even though not much better with medications and timing and understanding how to make the system of delivery better and more efficient at least they hear me out if there's an issue and the conversation is brief as possible and 99% of the time if it's an issue I can usually have that issue resolved but not this pharmacy. I recommend that people if possible you have your prescriptions put into other stores, or chains that at least will be able to contact you if prescription is filled or not ready or is partial. I also do not believe in having to pay until the prescription is filled instead of piece meal'd to ya. Below is a picture of the front of my phone if you look on top you'll be able to see the time I was on hold or in their "Q" with repeated pickups of receiver and placed back on hold with no one answering, which is over twenty minutes, heck I even made my bed, put laundry away, and took a shower before I gave up! At least my day was productive unlike theirs! Lol. Anyhow see below and judge for yourselves if you truly want to have this pharmacy or even the Walgreens chain as part of your life bc there are always other options. Thanks! The phones are always busy, staff is always rude, and never have my rx ready when they say they will. When I show up at the time they give me I usually have to wait another :30 or leave and come back. I'm transferring today. I'm sitting in line now for the 2nd time this am to pick up an rx they said was ready last night.

I went here to get my first COVID Shot. I had printed out and filled in all my paperwork, had everything in order and that plus their efficiency made the checkin process go smoothly. The Pharmacist who administered the shot was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also made that process go smoothly. I may say painlessly as well. Never even knew the needle went in my arm. I was very tired the next several hours and felt like a freight train hit me the next day but I come under the extremely vulnerable category which may have caused that issue. I recovered quickly so do not be afraid to get the shot. As for the store it was clean and well organized. As well as well stocked. Plenty of staff to assist you all wearing face mask. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

I'm so happy that there is a Walgreens at this location. We come down as much as we can and have a golf cart in the hood, so it's a regular outing. Ice, and about everything else. Very nice and helpful staff, and the store seems extra clean. Well! The pharmacy was sweet and helped me out with info and tips that I neither Walgreens that I have dealt with at home. For years! Told me that with my high co pay, it would be cheaper to just buy 3 months worth than monthly use of my copay. Plus would have 3 months worth. Plus told me about the good Rx app! Makes it Ex's even cheaper! Very helpful. I wish that I could remember her name. It was over the phone. When I came in, I should've said Hi. I've been using this info ever since.

I was a new patient with several prescriptions to pick up. It took quite a bit of time due to the paperwork and inputting my information. But any pharmacy would take the same amount of time if not more. Unfortunately I don't remember the tech's name but she was wonderful. She kept me informed about her progress and apologized a couple of times for taking so long. I will continue to use this pharmacy because I consider it to be very customer friendly with courteous staff.
