Had just arrived on vacation and had to stop in with a SIM error on my husbands phone. Pat was very helpful and patient with us. We discussed new phones and plans available. He replaced the SIM card with a new one and we were on our way. A very good employee for any business!

The Verizon staff at the store, as well as the Verizon staff on the phone, were amazing! Very considerate of my time, and of my concerns over cost, etc.I’m so glad I transferred my medical practice’s cellular phones over to Verizon Wireless!

I found Patrick to be quite patient and informative from “Hello, Welcome to Verizon to “Goodbye, thank you for coming to Verizon.” with me and replacing my very first cellphone.He adjusted his humor to match mine as he answered all of my Grandma like questions like I was making his day, (which I am pretty sure I wasn’t). Every employee I saw that afternoon was beyond professional and friendly. Great crew and Patrick is a keeper that causes folks to come back in the future.

The rep helped me with a small issue which was great but he seemed generally disinterested in helping any more than necessary so that he could get back to doing something on his phone.
