My mother had just passed away. Since I had her phone on my account I wanted that line cut off. Not only did Ezekiel do that, but he also had his tech support send me a pre-paid box to return the phone without me having to pay it off. The big issue was combining my husbands' account with mine. That day no one in tech support (and there were several)could figure out that simple issue. Without exaggeration we were there for two hours for something that should have taken 15 minutes. Ezekiel was extremely polite and apologetic. He suggested we come back the next day as we had to get family to the airport. I have been with Verizon for 17 years and if it weren't for him I would have dropped them right then and there. We did return the next day and the merger of the two accounts took a few minutes. He is an extraordinary employee!

My bank card got compromised and my bill was due. In a panic I went to Verizon on Kings Highway Port Charlotte, Florida. Ezekiel took care of me. He was so patient and polite. Reduced my stress immensely

"I had a terrible experience at the Verizon store. After my phone was submerged in water, they falsely sold me a new phone promising to take my old phone for $700. However, they have now stopped responding to my inquiries and have refused to honor their guarantee. It's disappointing to see such dishonest and unprofessional behavior from a reputable company like Verizon. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable service or support."

Came to FL for long weekend, finally had it with my old phone so walked in and Christian hooked me up with a new phone easy peasy. Great service, he took care of transferring my old phone stuff while I shopped next door! Easiest upgrade ever!
