Christian was amazing! He helped me transfer over from xfinity mobile. This was a long process (more on xfinity side). Christian had so much patience with me in getting my account started! After he got me up and running he was able to transfer my husband’s number too. Such a wonderful experience ! He had amazing customer service 10 out of 10 would recommend !! The other gentleman there was very helpful too ! I couldn’t remember his name. Thank you for making this process painless and easy!

My experience was excellent. The service was top notch, waiting was minimal, and my tech was extremely knowledgeable. I had visited this location before and was impressed. So much so that I drove an extra mile or two for my purchase today.

Chris whitener was amazing . I am 65 plus shipping and handling and I know I came in with a lot of issues coming from T-Mobile to Verizon and Christopher was so amazing to help me change my number and get my autopay set up. I'm from a foreign country and he was so amazing with my heavy accent. You need more people like Chris in your store. Thank you again

I had the pleasure of visiting the Verizon store at 3280 Tamiami Trail this afternoon and had an outstanding experience. Shawn and Gianny were amazing at their jobs. They were thorough, professional, kind, and definitely knew their stuff. It was great to see Shawn teaching Gianny everything he knows, and even better to see how well Gianny responded to the training. Shawn's skill as an educator was evident, and Gianny's eagerness to learn was impressive. This type of encounter is valuable and exactly how it should be. Kudos to Verizon for hiring these two great guys, and thank you for the excellent service they provided.
