Terrible post office. No normal human pleasantries. Just brusque interaction. They appear to hate their jobs. The manager of this branch should be removed.
There is a wonderful, small post office in El Jobean. They treat their customers with respect. Imagine...what a concept.

When I went in the 1st time there was something wrong with the self-serve kiosk so I looked online to find one in a different place. When I got to the office off Paulsen Dr I was told they don't have any. It was a sorting building. So I went back to the office I was at in the 1st place & they had fixed it. So I was able to get my packages sent out. I've encountered misinformation 3-4 times on their website. Will someone please update the website. This has been going on for a few years now!! It wastes gas & is very upsetting when a person is trying to find an office that has a self-serve kiosk. Please proofread your website & get the errors fixed, updated & whatever else needs to be fixed. Thanks! ? Kim Schauer

Friendly, vibrant, efficient, and overall very nice Post Office! They even gave my daughter unicorn stickers! Will definitely use their services again!

If zero was a choice I'd have chosen it. On Jan 4, 2024 I paid for and printed a label for $24.90 to Priority Mail Express 2 sheets of paper and an ID card from Port Charlotte, FL. to Seven Hills, Ohio. I took the envelope to the Murdock post office, used the kiosk to show the item was dropped at the post office, then placed the item in the parcel drop box. The item then sat in the back room of the post office until Jan 6, 2024 when I had to repeatedly ask Kim to go into the back and look for it. A few minutes later she returned with my envelope saying Express? You used express? She further exclaimed how weird it was that it had fallen behind something. Never an apology or suggestion of how she'd make it right or how sorry she was. Just that it was weird. She was also unable to assist with a refund. This place stinks. No uniforms just lackadaisical service and a long line. UPS FOR ME!

Worlds rudest postal employees, and trust me the bars at the floor. Don't know what they're selling, can't help you with anything. Always complain and send back letters that have correct postage to be pedantic if they don't like you.

There is always something when shipping with the Post Office. I either have a issue with the package or most of the time issues with my mail lady picking up outbound packages. They make it practically impossible to get any real answers to questions or help. They always want to tell you sorry but you have to go to the store down the street or call the 1-800 number becathey don’t deal with that at this location.
