Customer service was rude, wouldn’t tell me where my package was located at and simply did not want to help. If you don’t want to be in customer service to help, then maybe you should get another job where you don’t have to speak to people!

Mail person dropped theail off went out there right behind them to get the mail than I got a notice that my package got delivered there was no package at all that was delivered and the posted that it has this was my artistic grandson birthday present and it was never delivered I am pissed and will file a police report
