Paid $88.28 to ship three boxes back to my home. Two made it today, other one was delivered to someone else in a different city. Wont let me file a lost package online-says i have to contact store-they are closed for the day-something tells me im never getting my stuff back which is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I will not order through their print service again. I learned that if you need something created by a certain time, just add 48 hours to the delivery time. I received an email confirming my order that said it would be ready by 2pm the next day (Saturday). I didn’t know if another confirmation email would follow and I didn’t receive one, so I went to the store at 3pm on Saturday. I was met with an “oh, it’s not ready…our graphics person isn’t here today” and the person literally walked away with no suggestion for resolution. I asked how/if I could cancel and or send it to another UPS store that could print same day (a simple card stock on letter size paper) and they shrugged and said they had no idea. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry and getting it on Monday didn’t cause me issues, but now I know not to order from here again.

I have mailed some very old crystal plates that have been in the family for years. The gentleman that packaged it took great care in packing them. They arrived at my granddaughter home in perfect shape. I have done returns through them and every body was polite and very helpful! I will continue to use them as I need to.

I have used this business for many years and have always had excellent service. The employees and owner goes above and beyond to help each customer to the fullest no matter how busy.
I would give them 10 stars if possible.

DO NOT GO to this store. They have a young portly blond that treated me with disdain and disrespect. She claimed there was something alive in my package and told me to go home and open the package. I completely unpacked it and there were no critters in my package. When I went back to the store she flatly said she refused to ship it. It was going to be a $154. Sale. You, as her employer, should be aware of the actions of your employees. It probably would have paid her wages at least for that day. She embarrassed me in front of other people in the store .

The owner of this establishment is condescending and problematic. When I came in she was already escalating and arguing with a man who was simply confused on how to use Amazon return (or something similar). Another lady at the counter began helping me(she was amazing and very nice) and then the owner walks up and begins talking over her, while being rude to me for no reason. I was shipping keys overnight which I am aware needs an overnight bag. However when I tried to put the keys inside of a bubble wrap lined envelope to place inside the overnight box, she sarcastically laughed me and said keys don't break. Not that I couldn't use the envelope(which I was buying from them), just that I didn't need it which is honestly none of her concern. They do indeed break, everyone knows how annoying a Bent key can be. Also, I am shipping this to a customer so my business name is on the line, I don't want to risk them being damaged. Point is, she had no reason to even come up to me she was looking for her next person to bully. It takes a sad individual to be able to interact with humans this way all day long. I feel bad for her employees. I will never return.

I used to use this location for all of my notary and mailing needs. I will never go there again. Today, my ex-husband and I went there to get something notarized regarding our son, and we were turned away solely based on the fact that the woman behind the counter knew my ex-husband is trans. She said “I have the right to refuse anyone,” and refused to notarize our paperwork (that had nothing to do with anything other than our sons’ name). I’ve never seen anyone treat a customer so poorly - in front of children!

Employees are rude and only two people helping customers when there’s a line out the door. I gave up and left and then just called ups for a home pickup which was super easy. Don’t waste your time going to this place.
