If zero was an option!! Total jackass, I called from 9:30 Am till 12:30 PM...and finally picked up, I said I tried to schedule a truck online and the payment did not go through, and he stated "He didn't have time for me, and I said if perhaps you would have answered any of my previous 6 calls I wouldn't be calling at closing..and he just hung up.

We rented a U-Haul 9 foot van for a few days, it was last minute right before the fourth of July. The guy that rented us out van was a hardworking good human being! He even called us after we dropped the rental off to let us know everything was ok.

I just want to say how grateful I am that when I rented a U-Haul truck, it was not available at the site that I had rented it from and instead I had to travel to el Jobean Uhaul to pick it up. What a pleasant surprise to have Lucinda and Jimmy be so helpful so kind and accommodating in getting my truck ready for me and on the road they were so nice they went out of their way to make sure that everything was good and told me if I had any issues or problems which unfortunately I did to let them know, when they said they were helpful and would help in anyway they absolutely did. They’re the epitome of excellence in the workforce today at the same time I had the privilege of speaking with their area manager, Mark, who went above and beyond in so many ways to help my situation out. What a wonderful person who just did so much to make this rental one of the best experiences working with a company today all I can say is excellent excellent excellent for the three of them believe me it meant a lot to have their help kindness and support nothing but kudos they all get a 10+

over charge you on the rental when bringing it back to the same place. there is a better place to rent a uhaul. its just not here.
