They suddenly dropped us on August 31. We were out of the country and did not find the message until recently. We paid for September and October (in advance) service . They cashed our check for $220 on September 12. We asked for a refund for the two months and they are ignoring us. This sounds fraudulent to me.

I have been paying them regularly for several months now and my pool is green and I don't think they have been here in several weeks. When I've called before they always have some excuse that my grand kids are doing something that makes it unable to be cleaned. I did not have this problem with my last company and they were just doing chemicals only. I asked for a refund and have been ignored. Definitely not happy.
