I ordered several simpson strong tie masonry hangars some of which were custom order. I was in a hurry and fat fingered the zip code which resulted in UPS not being able to deliver. Once I figured out my mistake I contacted Tropicals online staff and they bent over backwards to update the address and get the items routed back to me. Ultimately I got everything but one box. Tropical reordered and had the hangars sent over night direct from Simpson. Excellent friendly company to deal with and easy to contact by phone.
