If I could leave them 0 stars, I would. Nothing but a bunch of lazy people who clearly hate their job. They have every excuse not to help a customer. They tell you one thing on the phone and then when you drive all the way there, someone else tells you something different because there's no communication and no consistency. We will not be shopping there again.

For those of us who come here to drop off the trailers, I want to leave this note: 11 delivery, this was the only store that gave me a problem, the receiving man going around as if nothing happened even knowing that those of us who bring these trailers come with several delivery people, the worst of the worst.

***Update @tractorsupply called the number you sent, was told I was going to get a call back in 48 hours, 5 days later no call. Called back again and was told I would get a call back again and still nothing. Wish I could leave a zero star rating.
Went to buy a mower Thursday night they wouldn't sell it cause it wasn't assembled, They took my information that I wanted it and then told me a manager would call but never did. I called first thing the next morning it they had the nite and told me it was going to be assembled and I could come at 5 pm. Come to the store at 5 pm, and they sold it to someone else after they had it noted I was coming to purchase it. I had to drive 30 miles one way to another store and waste 3 extra hours over this.

I stopped into tractor supply as a favor to try and help out a neighbor. I was looking for Lime powder. I had a lot of questions. John at the front desk was incredible!
He listened with the intent to understand, ot simply reply. He was ever so helpful answering all of my questions as well as making a few other suggestions to resolve the problem. I hope TSC sees what an asset he is to their store, we need more people like John.

Laziest employees ever...They refuse to fill propane because it's sprinkling out.After calling them and they told me to come on over to fill my tanks.Garbage! Will not buy from this store ever again.

I love this TC. I’ve come here ever since I was a kid, it was my favorite store. It’s always clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff are polite and helpful. The stock is always up to date, and the layout is well marked and intuitive. The large items outside are well marked for information and prices. The checkouts are either with an associate or self-checkout and have a lot of available convenience items. I still enjoy coming here whenever I have time. 5 stars!
