I went to fix my tire and the person in the front name. Alex greet me had a great customer service and help me out with my tire. He help me pick the best tire and very friendly. I will recommend it to my friend so they can go to that site, great job Alex

The staff here are heartless and cold. I won’t not come back if my car was on fire. We are traveling and had a tire issue. We can at 4:50 and asked if they would just take a look and see if we are ok to continue or not. No work, no nothing, just a pro set of eyes. The guy at the counter rolled his eyes and looked over to the girl standing next and she very quickly let me know that her guys were not staying late and there was nothing they were willing to do. I walked out. I was infuriated. I understand places have business hours and I was within 10 minutes of closing. I wasn’t asking to fix anything, just a set of eyes. We took our business elsewhere.

Very satisfied with the service of the whole team.I had a problem with a tire from the rental car. Unfortunately the rental company could not really help me so I went to tire kingdom.The woman on the phone was very nice and also when I was there she was very empathetic and solution oriented. Thank you again for the quick help.

It's great there. I walked in and was able to get a new tire and an alignment in less than an hour. They even noticed my oil was low and topped it off for me.

Came in with a leaky tire they said they could fix it. Later they said I needed a new tire - I had road hazard warrantee so we said go to it! But wait! Turns out we don’t have a warrantee even though 2 weeks ago our local Tire Kingdom replaced another tire that was damaged. They blame this on the change over to a new company owner. My local tire Kingdom said they replaced the other tire as a courtesy- but they never said I didn’t have a tire warranty this seem like I’m. Ring cheatedBeware doing business with this firm

I had a battery go bad on my work car. I was there when they opened. They had the battery approved, delivered, installed and the paperwork done in 40 minutes. Great service!

Out of all of the Tire Kingdoms in the area this one right here was the most helpful during a time I needed the most. During my travels I encountered a nail on the highway that almost immediately left my tire flat. I was recommended not to drive the spare tire all the way down to Miami. After calling every shop I got ahold of Bonnie. She immediately offered her help and recommendations. When I arrived she made sure she tried to help to get me back on the road so that I can meet with my family on time. She went above and beyond and helped me during a time when I needed it the most. I would like to thank her and the technicians that worked on my vehicle and repaired my tires. Awesome customer service and or professional group.

This place is amazing they got my warranty company to get me all new tires brakes and rotors. They were so nice and made my waiting with my 15month old as pleasant as can be. I will be a returning customer for the rest of time. Awesome work guys! Thank you for everything.

They scratched all 4 rims on my Tesla. Then when filing the claim with their insurance co. they told the them that they didn’t think they damaged my rims. Their insurance denied my claim stating that my rims were damaged from a poorlyInstalled plastidip installation? (That was false, rims are OEM) Tire Kingdom stopped responding to my emails. I gave up. Really disappointing experience.

Came here while on vacation because our rental vehicle got a flat. Bonnie and her team were amazing. She was kind and courteous, and she and her team took care of the flat quickly. We were back on our way within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend

I was given a quote back in November 2022 for front end work on my car. I went in to make the appointment to get the work done for February 2023 and the estimate was honored from November. When I went in on the day, I was informed my estimate was less due to them using different suppliers to save me money. Every little bit helps. I greatly appreciate the savings and the exceptional service.

Had a scheduled appointment at 11:00am. Brought the car in one hour early for two new tires since one was leaking and both were bald. Three hours later the car still not done. Manager said new guy was working slow. Still no one working on car and now told the TPMS was leaking and they need a part. Fortunately for me I realized it was a different tire then the leaking one and now was told their mechanic broke it. I then received an email from Tire Kingdom wanting me to pay for the part they broke. To his credit, once confronted the manager removed the charge. Lastly, I still have a low tire light on dash. Don't know what they messed up but will not let them work on my car again.I understand things happen when working on cars. What I don't accept is lying to cover it up. There is no need for two new tires to take three and half hours to install even if you brake a part. Most of all, inform the customer immediately and take ownership of the issue.
