“well I have used this outfit years ago and just kind of forgot they existed and I also had a closer service to my house. so I was trying to get some little 17 mountain on some rims, I went to my normal place which is Gonzales tire, they told me $50 a rim which I thought was pretty high so of course my mind kicked in and I went back to this place I've been before, met the owner and he sent me up perfectly.. Jesus is the owner's name, and appeared he had five or six workers there with him. pleasure to work with.. he got my tires squared away and also had a lot of pleasant conversation in the meantime.. if you're going anywhere else you just lost bc they are the best..”

“Reuben (not sure how he spells it) is my angel! Last week I was driving on 75 heading to Boca Raton when something large and metal fell off a truck in front of me. No room to swerve I had to run it over. Well it ripped apart my tire, so much so that I saw it rolling past me in my rear view mirror and bounce into the median. In a very short time, he saw the problem, found me a tire, went and picked up the tire, changed the tire, looked over the car to see if there was any other damage - then sent me on my way. He was fast, courteous and such a calming presence during an upsetting moment.
Highly recommend and am thankful for business owners like him.

“Not only have they put air in my tires the entire time i havent had time to get them checked.... i finally cane to get them checked and they went above and beyond to make sure I was all set. Found a nail in one tire, a seal for the other tire, and fill the other two up. So grateful, Yonnie at the front desk was very friendly and straight forward about any questions I had to ask. Very much appreciated experience, especially being a female getting work done on a car.”

I did some research and found out they were highly recommended. I was able to get my tires the very next day and have them installed that day and along with a last-minute cil change. They squeezed me in and did a fabulous job!! I would highly, highly recommend this place!!!”

“I got my car from carvana and when I filed a claim right after I got it, it showed that I could take Firestone complete car care. I dealt with Justin, Stephanie, Scott and the girl at the country that checked me out, I forgot her name. I went Monday morning an dropped it off. I got it Tuesday evening. They came and picked me up from my house because I couldn’t get a ride. They kept me informed. They sent me invoices and the claims dept Silver Rock. They were efficient and work diligently to get things approved and fixed on my car. Thank you for your service and what you do.
