This place is awesome; friendly, outstanding service. Was there 9 am and greeted with a smile. (Unlike my last experience at a UPS store) I will always use this facility in the future for all my shipping needs.

The second time I went there and they were not able to handle what they advertised doing. Went to the post office afterwards and it was handled properly. Just took longer and more travel.

I went to the shipping post today to mail my grandson several items. He is in the Navy.I had his address but not the last four digits of the zip code that was needed. The two caring ladies that works there figured out how to get it. I am so thankful that they cared about him getting his package. I have never been treated so kind. It gives me hope for our future.ThanksCynthia Walker

I love this place! Not only can I ship thru any of the carriers here, UPS, FedEx, Post Office, the customer service is great! My time is valuable, so I appreciate them being able to take care of my needs. Keep up the great work!

Closed middle of the day on a Wednesday because of no WiFi. Seriously?Now this is news to me but I thought mail has been around for a while, I wasn't aware they needed internet to move packages around. Weird. Idk how they got any mail moved pre 1990

Because I didn't have the right kind of box and packing they packed it for me and had it efficiently sent to my family member for a minimal charge. I will always ship from the shipping post just not book rate

After being insulted at the Punta Gorda location for notary services because they "have to wait on their customers" and wanted us to wait 40 min, we drove clear accross town to Port Charlotte location and received excellent, thorough and professional customer service. I should of went to this store to begin with as the people are always plesant even tho the place is usually slammed.
