Stopped in to browse and found the staff helpful and answered all our questions. Returned to purchase furniture and accessories the next day and had all items delivered the following day. The delivery was on time and it was quick and efficient.

We lost our home and contents to Ian last year. We ended up purchasing a whole house of furniture from Furniture Warehouse. I've been trying to get an answer on exchanging a $150 box spring that is on our spare bed for a lower profile one. My 91 yo father arrived about a month ago to spend the winter with us and the bed is too tall for him. I just found out that I can't exchange it because it's been over the 30 days. I contacted them a week after my Dad arrived about the exchange. I had to call back twice, finally got an answer that no we can't exchange it. This is very disappointing considering ALL the money we spent there. We will remember this!

Bought a loveseat 3 weeks ago. They kept delivering the wrong item week after week with good excuses (blaming the warehouse), saying sorry repeatedly. Got $150 discount but don't know when we'll sit on our new furniture. Decided to go elsewhere and get a full refund. Jessica said it takes 10 days to get a refund but hey didn't have to wait 10 days for payment. Jessica did not offer anything to accommodate us. Will not shop there ever again, not organized at all between the store and the warehouse.

This is our second time purchasing items from this store. Our salesperson was Chris and he helped us both times. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. The delivery of the items were on time and they took great care setting up everything. The tables and bedroom furniture were just what we needed! Thanks Chris!

Had a great experience at Furniture Warehouse in Port Charlotte. Ronnie, our sales person, was extremely helpful and friendly. The delivery was right on time, and the delivery people communicated their time on the dot! We will be going back for sure.

Posting this on behalf of my parents who have gone in a few times to purchase a bedroom set, some wall art, and a lamp for their new home. Bob assisted them each time and was beyond helpful with their purchases. They picked up the bedroom set from the warehouse in Sarasota, which was a smooth process and the furniture was easy to assemble.

Typical furniture store with tons of salespeople waiting for you to come through the door. They follow you like hawks. Good looking furniture and decent pricing.

Recently purchased a dining room table and chairs from the Port Charlotte Florida showroom. The sales lady; Amber, was very pleasant and provided my wife and I with patience and pleasantly. She was well informed about the set we eventually purchased. The set is very solid and well made and matches our dining room exceptionally well. Worst experience ever!!! I bought a house full of furniture over a year ago.....a year full of waiting, many service appointments during the day while I work from home, damaged furniture delivered to my house and damage to the frame of my bedroom door by their delivery guys. I have an expensive desk chair that sheds ball bearing with grease on them ruining my rug they wouldn't replace the chair just the piston, 4 months to get a new piston installed and 6 months later the same problem is back! Since the chair was delivered June 2022 the year warranty is up I am left with a defective chair. I was told that if I want them to fix my damaged door frame I need to get a quote to have the work done. It is impossible to get someone to give a quote for anything these days let alone one just to fix a door frame. Why is it my job to get quotes anyway?What has happened to Quality products and Customer Service??

They had a nice collection of decor.We were trying to find a mattress and told it had a 15 year guarantee. But unless you buy a special mattress protector from them, their warranty is not honored. ($130 - $300).And you can't leave with your furniture. It must be delivered for $130 or picked up in Sarasota.It's like buying a used car.
