Don’t use Suncoast if you want / need access to your money! Have been to 4 branches and all are closed 3 days before a hurricane. The ATM’s all say sorry your request cannot be completed at this time. Their customer service department says all locations are open. Nightmare!!

Worst institution I have EVER encountered. Just one problem after another, all caused by Suncoast. Each branch has its own rules. This institution has caused me extreme financial hardship on multiple occasions, at no fault of my own. I'm closing ALL 3 of my accounts in the morning because their latest unethical and unbelievably hidden acts causing me great difficulty.... and it's all very simple. If you have experienced even a fraction of what I've described, please know this, it is Suncoast behaving despicably, just to hold your funds, so to profit on the interest a little longer than you might allow them. Sound ridiculous? Think of the interest per day, on possibly every single account they provide customers just for 1 day... let alone 21 days, like a Wells Fargo check once written to me. Yes, Wells Fargo's money...Suncoast declared that they needed to hold Wells Fargo's check for 21 DAYS, just in case it BOUNCED. ?? Oh, that ol' Wells Fargo, ya can't trust them... they're always short!??#POINT PROVEN #SCU.CROOKS***Please don't place your $$$ into this institution unless you have access to other emergency funds... because you WILL NEED IT. SCU will find a way to hold your $$$ longer than ethically necessary... no matter what situation it puts you & your family in, the employees will play dumb and helpless, but they know exactly what they are assisting SCU to do to you!THIS POST IS 110% LEGIT, HONEST, RECENT, ACCURATE, AND UNDENIABLE!!!!!So let the big banks charge you a small fee... I have no problem paying it because that fee is why they don't have reviews like this!
