One of the bankers, Ken, was an absolute sweetheart. I was having a hard time getting things to work right for me and I was overwhelmed. He was very patient and kind, very understanding. He set me up with a new account and everything! I’ll be sticking with Suncoast for a long time!

They text me about a fraudulent charge I tell them it wasn't me and they still let the charge go through anyway then tell me to dispute it and it will take 10 days to get the money back ,why did you contact me then to say there was a fraudulent charge if you were just going to let it happen.

I typically use online services for everything! But those service's are not without their flaws, which I experienced in the last 2 weeks! Today I visited to get a new debit card & business checks! I was in and out so quick! Tom was the associate that helped me. He was exceptionally professional and pleasant!! Thanks for making my experience quick & easy!!
