I went there to print out closing documents for a house. They couldn't figure out how to print it. Then suggested i login to there slow computer which charges by the minute. The computer did not have the appropriate adobe software, so basically i got charged for nothing. Nothing but Boomers that don't know how to print (AT A STORE THAT SPECIALIZES IN PRINTING)

To start with The cashier was very nice that’s the only reason why am giving two stars. They are over priced very rude and never have the store stocked.I just want to make a return of two binders of $8.49 each and when I looked at the receipt they refunded me $1.88 and $3.29. When the items were purchased the associate rips our receipt and threw it away and never reprinted another one. School supplies are not cheap to begin with. Very disappointed

The manager Dan was very rude and disrespectful. I have been an educator for nearly 20 years and shopped at Staples for many years and have previously had only excellent experiences at other Staples stores. I asked Dan a simple question about the Teacher Rewards program and he was very rude and blew me off. The teller and other staff were very helpful and friendly. Dan is very rude and unprofessional, it is sad that the manager's attitude and demeanor do not match the staff. Dan seems miserable, but should not bring his bad attitude to work. I spent nearly $100 and could have brought you even more business with my contacts.

Just went into this staples to look at gaming chairs. Found one on clearance. Went to find an employee to ask some questions "Hey, how's it going?" They person walks right past me and doesn't apparently deem me worthy enough to talk to. I shrug this off and head to the front counter. Upon arriving the person manning the desk appeared to be asleep. At this point I decided to leave and order from Amazon....

Retired military kicked out for not wearing mask. When I said I still have freedom of choice in this country and served 22 years to protect was told by young lady nobody cares and told to leave. Way to treat veterans Staples

Was a terrible story. For convenience we bought a desk in this store, but when they delivered that they are tall of assemblies like buy online . We spender about more than six hours to setup it and needed two people to handle that, we did this job for the lazy and dishonest company, because they never told us that needs setting up by us, if we knew that we never buy it over there. A big lesson and very bad experience I never forget.

Very frustrated. I looked online and saw that they were open until 8pm, drove 40 minutes to print a few items and arrived there at 7:25pm. When I went to print the girl told me they turn off all their printers at 7pm and that nothing could be printed. But I should come back in the morning. Wow. I went across the street to Office Depot, they print during their business hours and had phenomenal customer service.

Absolutely horrible. I was refused a sale for my childs school supplies due to my physical inability to wear a random mask handed to me by the cashier. She didnt take any precautions to sanitize her hands before insisting I put the mask on my face. Horrible display of anti Americanism ,and a lack of courtesy. What if I cought a sickness from the cashiers bare hands being all over the mask? I guess staples doesn't care what people have been through. They truly are only out to get a certain type of people's money. I implore my fellow Americans to boycott staples. I will be sharing my experience whenever I can.

Very polite and helpful store associates and managers. They didn't give me a hard time about my return like most retailers do these days. Store is clean and neat. Personnel is always very nice.

I lost 2 hours for nothing I prefer next time pay professional people to come back here in this store The girl who helped me didn't know that if all this didn't save the decoration we made for the cards, it would be lost. In the end, all the decoration we made was lost and I was told to come back tomorrow to do it again. He kicked me out of the store and asked me to pay him extra for decoration. I lost my time for nothing. I wonder if this company hires people with stupid minds. Manager Mr Davis. at the time I see just to have a stupid manager I HOPE STAPLES TO REPLACE THIS PEOPLE BEFORE THE CLOSE THE STORE THIS PEOPLE IS GOOD FOR CLEANING THE PARKING LOT

I’ve never usually had any problems with a staple store however this place today was an exception. I don’t know if the cashier guy had a bad day or what but she did not want to do anything and seems to act like I was inconveniencing her. Hello lady, that is your job

This Staples is unbelievable. Really. I bought a new computer system for our office. The service was amazing, no one tried unnecessary "up sales" or to intimidate me into buying stuff I didn't need. They transferred all of my data to the new computer. They also came out and did a complete install for me. Larry in Service is amazing. Nathan in installation went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I cannot say enough positive about my experience. The store is a little farther than I would normally drive but after this experience I am happy to do it.
