Linda was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist us in picking new pillows as we already own a sleep number bed. She was very knowledgeable about the sleep number products, and was awesome to work with. We will be back to have Linda help us when we are ready to upgrade our bed.

Marty our sales person is a friend and gave us great care, she knew we lost alot in Ian and went out of her way to replace my grandsons bed Sam quadriplegic CP, and hasn't slept on his bed in 5 weeks.She made sure he got a better one thanhe had. Very grateful. A we love your sleep number beds

We purchased this bed and have issues. Have called numerous times for them to assist and they will not return calls. I would not recommend this bed to anyone. Sadly, too expensive for the amount of hassle and it not working properly. I normally do not give reviews, but it is my hope that it helps reduce someone's stress. I am extremely disappointed.

The customer service we received was great, but we have had nothing but problem after problem with this bed. When it was delivered it was not set up properly so it would not connect to our internet and therefore wouldn’t adjust. It then took two weeks for someone to be able to come out, replace the part, and it STILL did not work. Waiting another two weeks, finally the problem was resolved and our bed worked. Now, we’ve had the bed for 6 months and there are still constant issues with it disconnecting from WiFi, the responsive air not working, and over all it has just been a huge hassle. We are super disappointed with the quality of the mattress. Whenever anyone asks about it we deter them because it is simply not worth the headache. We’re very sad about the situation because we looked forward to purchasing a sleep number for a very long time.

Horrible bed. Beware that you will be stuck paying $4,000 for a base when you return it! It sleeps like an air bed from Walmart! Purchased due to back and sleep issues with the understanding from Linda, our sales lady, that it was a 100 night guarantee. “If this isn’t the best sleep you’ve had, then just return it for your money back.” Forgot to mention that the adjustable base is considered furniture that can be used for any bed and Sleep Number will leave you holding the bill for $4,000 for a base to a crappy air bed. What a joke! Horrible company.

This is our second sleep number bed and we love the product, however, customer service is nil. Our second bed was delivered and the 2 men decided that they could not get it in the house without measuring or trying. The new bed was a queen, and the mattress and box coming out were queen. The men left but said that they would come back in the afternoon if we got the bed in the room. I called my local movers and they put the bed in without any difficulty, for $270. The delivery men knew the bed would be available to install at 2pm. At 4:30 we called them to make sure they were coming back…no answer. They had 2 deliveries within 30 minutes of our home, it takes approx 30 min to set up the bed. They did not return or call. PC location was called and I was given # for National CS, store was no help at all. Our Bed was installed 11 days later, after holiday guest had arrived.Said they couldn’t get anyone out to do a 15 min install sooner. I actually moved the mattress in the box by myself into the hallway that 2 delivery men couldn’t .(I’m an average size 67 yo woman). After spending over 13k with this company and having this experience, there won’t be a repeat. Also, under lighting on first bed stopped working and was told it would cost $100 to have checked. Also, needed extended legs on 2nd bed which had to be ordered. We had to put blocks under legs in order for install to occur. None available with delivery folks…just in case. Yet another install person to come out if husband can’t do it. BEWARE

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had dealing with a company (and I work in customer service). This company has no idea who to call for warranties and just gives you numbers and tell you to call yourself. My bed is only 3 weeks old and I cant sleep in it! $9000 and its useless! WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND DOING YOUR OWN WARRANTY WORK
