She explained everything in detail and had us try things out. The whole experience was very professional and very educational. We had the I8 mattress and platform base installed yesterday. Mattress, base and remote are all defective. Mattress is stuck at 35 on both sides, remote keeps giving error messages, both button on the base do not correctly operate the head lift ( up buttons lower the head and down buttons do not work at all). Contacted customer service within a day of delivery to notify of defective products. Agent stated that she can see all kinds of issues on her end. I requested new operational products as purchased for over $8,000. I was told that I had to wait 2 weeks for a technician to come out. That is not acceptable as I do not want defective products, I want new operational products as purchased. After a half hour on the phone and getting no where, I asked to return the defective products and was advised that I had to pay a $500 restocking fee. Mailing letter to opt-out of arbitration and will pursue further legal advise as we currently have no where to sleep due to this defective bed.

The sales person was very pleasant and helpful. He helped me pick out new sheets. Don't need another bed as I already have one in Florida and one in Michigan.

Tried to find out if they sold only sheet sets or would they sell them individually. 2 customers, 2 employees. They couldn't help me.

Linda was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist us in picking new pillows as we already own a sleep number bed. She was very knowledgeable about the sleep number products, and was awesome to work with. We will be back to have Linda help us when we are ready to upgrade our bed.
