another country) was not so great only because the agent was more concerned with signing me up than listening to my needs. However, I visited here in person and Donna really took care of me. The unit I was first interested in did not quite fit my needs but the following day Donna called me to let me know that what I was looking for just became available. Donna listened to what my needs were and she is the reason I chose to sign with iStorage. I was very close to procuring a unit with a competitor but Donna was the difference! I would recommend stopping by to see her for your storage needs!”
