Scott came out to the home we just moved into, to help us take over an existing contract. We are signing up for a new panel and 3 year contact as the company is so professional. Scott is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He is a salesman but did not EVER push sales of product or service upon us. He told us our existing system was a good one to stay with, but we opted to upgrade to a smart system as an investment.

We've had our home SAC security system for several years and consider the products, service and staff to be truly exceptional. We would never replace our SAC system & service with a self-installed system. For comprehensive home monitoring that provides quick emergency response including from our Sheriff if needed, invest in SAC's system. It has also added value to our home should we ever decide to sell our property .

I did have a great review up here before, placed just after I purchased and had them install six security cameras six years ago. I had a problem with one of the cameras a few years later and they replaced it, under the five year warranty. Unfortunately the ones I bought were no longer made so they had the replacement put in. I liked the picture on the new one so much I had another put in on another camera that was going bad. Both were covered under warranty although I did have to pay their hourly service fee for installation. I ended up buying a seventh camera for another place at my house. This was in 2021 and the camera stopped working once it got dark so I called them since it too had a five year warranty. Again I understood I had to pay the service fee (I believe it is around $140 for the first hour) and we made an appointment. Well today they called me and said they don't warrant the camera that they sold me with a five year warranty. Today, they said it was a manufacturer warranty, which was the same manufacturer of the first cameras, and I'd have to contact them. They then said the camera was no longer made as well. So, twice in a little over six years they sold me end of life equipment, and now they won't even tell me who to call to see about the warranty. To me, that's not what I call customer service at all. I hate giving a negative review and my history shows that I very rarely give one.

System cost is very reasonable. The monthly monitoring fee is about average. Would recommend this company mainly because the monitoring facility looks state of the art.

May 29, 2023 - Emailed them for service of a security system being installed. They emailed for address and I emailed it back to them. (Plus I'm a former customer) and they still have not replied. Guess they don't want my business?
