Don't order online. They lie about delivering dates. Been waiting 2 weeks for a washer. They won't let me cancel the order.

The store it's self was fine and seems to be clean but the restrooms were very small and dirty. My husband and I were shocked how bad both the men's and women's restrooms were. They are right next to their food court, is the kitchen as dirty as the restrooms Poor management!

I used to get free curbside pick up from Sam's Club. Last year they added a fee of $4.00 for that service, every time you use it To avoid that fee you need to upgrade your account to the more expensive PLUS Service. BJs is only a few blocks away. They don't charge an extra fee for curbside pickup

Horrible! Definitely looking to cancel our membership. This place treats you like a criminal. The door handler practically let someone go without asking them for their membership but had to ask us. She apparently has no common sense why the hell would I walk into your store without a card? This is a constant thing with this place. It's harassing behavior! We checked out 5 items at the cashier and before leaving the guy at the door checked all 5 items to make sure said items were paid for. We will be doing are shopping at BJ's. Such a better experience!!!

The future was always going to end up this way. We consumers, sheep as we are, undying in our quest for convenience - had our ambitions matched by a corporate America that saw that convenience through self-checkout. "Why not just let the customer scan their own order?" They said out loud. A commotion followed - largely lead by "but they will steal stuff!" And so the solution was to employ an army of people with bar code scanners to scan the receipt for the items that I just purchased and paid for AND scan each item in my cart. It's potentially the most insane thing I've ever seen, surpassing drive thru's for pizza. "Let's hire the exact same number of people we would staff to a checkout..." they said, "so that we can scan all of the items that the customers already scanned at the checkout." There was no evil laugh after this. But an uncomfortable pause. Did we just hear what we think we heard? It doesn't matter. Go to Sam's club and buy 12 big screen TVs, 48 tires, and enough box wine to forget you ever did it. You will spend your time like Mrs. Baskets selecting your purchases and then you will fly through self-checkout, only to then end up in a line to do the very thing that they could have done earlier - have cashiers scan all of your stuff. At least Costco hands out free samples.

Two days after the last blurb noting deficiencies in Sam's Gas Pump operations, they have half the pumps now (6 pumps) cordened off. How does this benefit tbe Customer ? Lines are still insane although it appears there is an attempt at active management of this "situation". At least one of the active pumps still shut off involuntarily several times during fill up.
