Judy Gomez at the Peachland branch Is AMAZING to work with. Our account was hacked at Truist and we moved all our money to Regions. Judy was an absolute joy to work with and she made us feel like we have a new family at Regions.

I am from a small town where everyone at the local bank knew me and my family. The Peachland branch is like my home town bank and greet me by name with a smile and great service.

Friendly staff, but ATM is frequently down. Very inconvenient as the next branch is over 5 miles away. Overall well kept.

My wife and I went in this bank yesterday and had the worst experience ever. The lady that was started to help us didn't seem to understand English or simply didn't take the time to hear what we were saying. We got there at 3:20. First we needed her to give us a back statement so we could take it to our future landlord. She gave us some papers and I assumed it was my bank statement. We also wanted her to transfer a large amount of money from one of our accounts to another. The other lady had to help her to get her in gear. We left at 4 50.So later on we are talking with our Landlord and I look at the papers she gave us and come to find out that she gave us a bank statement to someone else's account! Oh and might I mention she said she did transfer some money, but we checked our account and they never touched it, so I'm assuming she just messed with someone else's account. She needs to be fired! Thats 2 huge screw ups in one transaction.On another note: I can never get a real person. I am switching to Wells Fargo because they picked up the phone.

Beautiful building, Widi, the banker, is the best! She was so helpful, and Judy, the branch manager was superlative! They took time to answer my questions and were so respectful! Even the tellers greeted me and were aware of my presence. I felt so appreciated for my business and time I spent to go. ?

Judy Gomez is an amazing manager and problem solver. I had been working with Regions corporate for over a month to get my money from a closing account and it was a nightmare. However, Judy Gomez (from the bank I opened account) was able to troubleshoot the issue and I had a check in two days. Her customer service and compassion were exceptional and I will never forget how efficiently she helped me. Hopefully, corporate will promote her, so they can improve on their service.
