Actually I went to the North Port branch of Regions but the review remains the same. I was taken care of 5 steps inside the door. The task at hand took at the most 15 minutes to resolve and I walked out ready to move on with my day. Thank you.

Regions Bank lacks the one thing that they should be good at, Customer Service. Only out for their dollars, but in banking, the banks' dollars come from their customers' dollars.

I would give Regions zero stars if I could. The banks Atm is consistently broken causing me to have fees on multiple occasions for withdrawing funds from a non regions affiliated ATM. 6 dollars in fees on 4 different occasions this has happened over the last year. One time I had them refunded on principle. Again it happened to me on Memorial Day weekend. I had to call and spent 40 min on the phone just for them to refund only 3 of the 6 dollars it cost me to withdraw my own money. Congrats on making 3 dollars but losing a life long customer because you guys can't have working ATMs. Not only that but I've had several fraudulent transactions. None of my other banks accounts have these issues. I hope you guys are the next big bank to fail! I'm closing my account today.

The people in this branch are friendly, polite, nice to deal with, BUT their corporate policy for handling of hurricane insurance checks is HORRIBLE! Avoid doing business with this bank for a mortgage, or a line of credit, or a loan with your home as collateral, should a storm cause damage to your home they will hold your insurance payments, and and place tremendous demands on you to get access to any of that money that you need for repairs. Ian showed me what a mistake I made dealing with Regions Bank!

This is by far the worse branch to make any transactions in the drive through. I waited 20 minutes just to make a deposit and I was the second car in line. But it’s always been like this for years. Some tellers don’t even acknowledge you and look miserable working there. This is a reflection of upper management and the teller supervisor. Nothing compared to Kings highway or NP branches were they tellers are pleasant. I know Regions can do much better.

I've been coming to this location on forest Nelson For a long time now about 2 years and I just recently got my last name changed on my account I lost my ID with my new Last name on it. Laura or Terra proceeded to tell me that they couldn't give me my money out of my account because my last name's didn't match even though my Debit card and driver's license match. She then told me she was not giving me my money and told me she's giving my ID back and to bring my marriage license to get the money out and change my name when MY NAME IS CHANGED ON THERE. i can tell she never married. I wouldnt be so upset if she would've just gave me my RENT MONEY.This has never happened to me Here. I think Laura or Tara need to take a new class in banking. AND U KNOW WHATS EVEN BETTER!? I went to the location on Sumter Blvd and they had NO PROBLEM giving me my money didn't even ask or bat an eye. If you're going to choose regions (they hold checks under 2k up to 14 days/this might happen to u) go to the Sumter location in North Port if u decide to bank with them

Some of the staff is pleasant. There is an older woman with long red hair that works the drive thru at times. Never nice. Doesn't smile. Doesn't respond to pleasantries. Public image and customer service go hand in hand.

Professional and helpful tellers who give you the hometown personal feel. The location is convenient with easy in and out access from US41. Parking is never a problem. The hours are similar to all other banks in the area.
