Some of the staff is pleasant. There is an older woman with long red hair that works the drive thru at times. Never nice. Doesn't smile. Doesn't respond to pleasantries. Public image and customer service go hand in hand.

This branch is literally awful. Every single time I go, I regret it. The north port and Punta Gorda branch is 100000x more helpful. It is totally worth the extra drive. I went in today and there was not one singlePerson inside but no one greeted me, no one said hello or how can I help you. I went to the window and told them I just need a card replacement and they said sit down someone will be right with you. I'm inside with my 3 year old son so obviously waiting is not a 3 year olds strong point. After another 5 minutes of no one saying a word and all the employees just talking amongst themselves, I got up and left. We run 4 business accounts here and if this was the only bank I had to work with, we would absolutely take our business somewhere else. Thank god for the PG and NP branch.

The people in the the Port Charlotte branch were always great. However I deposited a payroll check through the app, they are withholding it for 14 business days. Which falls on Thanksgiving and closed on Black Friday. So the bank will not release my paycheck until December. I will never do business with this bank every again. I wouldn’t given them a penny I find on the sidewalk. They are horrible. Stay far far away. Go somewhere that will not hold your money to personally benefit from charges as a result of this shady business practices.
