Frequently not avail to answer questions during purchase. Left house and fridge dirty calling it "broom swept" Fridge had pools of blood in bottom trays that agent made no offer to have cleaned out. Just disgusting to buyer paying $350k for house!

It has been such an amazing experience working with Teri! She has worked very hard to help my husband and I find a perfect home for our family! She is honest and dependable. She is the BEST agent! I strongly recommend not doing business with this realty office. When they represented me as I was selling my mother's home, they gave the keys to her home to the prospective buyers and allowed them to move in before the sale was closed. Because I live out of state, I guess they thought they could get away with that without me knowing. Fortunately I had eyes on the house and called them out on it. Even then, they acted like it was no big deal. I ended up working with the buyer, allowing them to rent the house for a month. But with everything that was going on at the time, that was the last thing I wanted to deal with. I'm no realtor. I've never rented a house. I had to research lease agreements, create one, send it to them, get it signed, and get their payment. Because I didn't need any more problems, I told my realtor I would only accept a cashier's check for the rent. They ignored that stipulation and instead I received a personal check. I was one day away from flying in, booting out the prospective buyer and changing the locks. Fortunately for all involved, the check cleared. What the realtors in this office did was completely unprofessional and unethical. For your own well being, find another realtor.

Best to find another company unless you are OK with fully documenting all discussions. We had the misfortune of working with personnel from this company who provided answers to our questions that later proved to be misleading, at best, resulting in our loosing a substantial $ amount with their management having no interest in helping us after they got their fee
