The GM here, black woman with short hair, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. No sense of customer service. There was a red crate with discounted cigarettes in it that I have been able to look through and choose which ones I wanted, until she was there, telling me I can't look through it, and pointed to a selection on the rack, which would've been fine only she gave me such a nasty attitude about it, plus she looked at my girlfriend to tell her something and said sir. Made me feel like she's racist, since there was no attitude given to her until her rudeness. That wasn't my only encounter with it either, which makes me feel unwelcome at this location.

I work next door and I come to the store every single day I usually have a wonderful experiences. Christine, Carline and Colleen are amazing! Today however I had a run-in with the so-called manager in training in the evening shift. She was so unprofessional and argued with me in line after I went to my car to get my ID so that I can buy cigarettes. I don't think this is the attitude that a manager in training should have.
