Went in to just get a new battery, in and out, not really, I was asked I'd I was going to wait, I said yes by the time they bring out the new battery I'll have this one out and ready for the new one, they said it would be an hour and a half wait, they said I'd have to wait for everyone in line first. So I went inside to the back service and sales area, got a battery, and replaced it myself ,then I had to wiggle my vehicle out of the line, you would think for a 160 dollar battery and 10 minutes of work they might have someone that could have done this, also next time I go in for a checkup, soon, I am going to have to replace the auto speed controll panel again, 3rd time I had to replace this they keep desinergrading for some reason and it's not parked in the sun ,always in the shade and if not I use a windshield visor.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Jarrett Ford of Charlotte County and Paul, Kay, and Todd all contributed to making it a truly smooth and enjoyable experience. I went in there less than an hour until closing one day and not one employee made me feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing them by keeping them there late, though I wouldn't have blamed them. Everyone was just so kind and personable. There were a few minor issues I noticed the next day with my car and the Sales Manager, Paul was more than willing to take care of everything. Jarrett Ford of Charlotte County has 100% exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future when I'm looking for my next dream car!

Service was decent, price was comparable. My only issue; Techs literally move the seat (every way possible), steering wheel, mirror’s & interior brightness settings. I’m not sure why this is needed for a simple oil change.

Folks do not take responsibility for what they or their co-workers say or do. bought a 2020 hybrid escape and have had electrical issues since day one, and the first two times I brought it in the receptionist said, "when I drove it to and from home there weren't any problems for me"... ok. so the receptionist is driving my car beyond her work hours?! why do the customers have to pay if the mechanics and staff are USING our cars for their own personal benefit?When I called for an oil change/tire rotation etc. they don't/won't quote any service prices or anything until after you've made the appointment and are at the dealer to drop your car off. I'm not paying for a diagnostic for the engine light, night for the tire rotation and balance of my less than 3 year old car, etc. TODAY I checked in and was told to pull into the center lane, so I did. my car was then moved and I thought nothing of it. literally 1 hour 10 minutes pass by and a guy asks if anyone has checked me in and why my car was just sitting there (although someone put a head cover on the driver seat and moved it a few times).unimpressed. never recommend. Upset I wasted this whole morning waiting on nothing.

This is a "typical" car dealership. A vehicle internet price on kelly blue book of $25,721. Then a buyers out the door price of $31049.75 Had a mechanical service inspect the vehicle. The AC did not work. Brand new dent in the front fender, wasn't originally in the pictures. It happened at the dealership. Really a waste of time.

Well . . .save your money and save your time. Service is horrible. Go to another Ford dealer in Englewood or Sarasota. Might I suggest a nice independent maybe. I made an appointment for service months, yes months, took the vehicle in for it to sit all day with nothing being done to it. Dealer response is sorry, we forgot. Make a new appointment and we will try again. Do not go here!
