Been there twice.First time was awesome. Nice, super friendly guy, great at his job. Made an unpleasant experience as good as it could be. I still owe him mangos.Second time, most recently, the tech shared some personal stories with me which is great, I'm a listener, but it culminated with how her friends did tons of fentanyl and are still alive so the people who say fentanyl kills don't know what they're talking about.....??? I just needed to get my blood drawn.

After getting there 218 they turned me away saying that they can't see me..even though the door was open and I walked like the door says and online.. this is false advertisement and they were very rude very unprofessional l.. will not be returning..

Not quite sure why they have a 2.8 star, but everyone in here was so nice! Daniel drew my blood today and I normally pass out and it burns and I felt none of that today. For the first time, I wasn’t scared to have my blood drawn. Thank you! The front desk man was so sweet as well and answered all my questions about insurance. 10/10 recommend and this is where I’ll be coming from now on!

I went in for pre-surgery screening at 7:20 a.m. to the Port Charlotte location. The phlebotomist Melissa M was cold and rude from the beginning. She had a short temper and a rude disposition. She even suggested having someone else draw my blood and I immediately agreed! Very unprofessional and unacceptable in the medical field!! If I do not hear from quest diagnostics I will never use their service again and I will make sure others do not as well. Not a great way to start your day.

Came in as walk in as I couldn’t get an appointment and needed lab work done quickly. My husband was able to get an appointment, but I was not. I went with him since the website stated they do walk ins. A couple of patients in lobby and by the time my husband was done no one in the lobby….. we had been here before and had a negative experience. I came back to give them another chance. The employees that were working were very unkind to patients and not friendly. Not a good standard of care here.

I expected to wait which is why I made such an early appointment , but as soon as I checked I was called back. The young lady drawing my lab work was very kind and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The facility appeared to be very clean, tidy and organized. Definitely will continue to use this lab.

Their receptionist has a horrible attitude ! Very rude! Very condescending! I will never go to this place again in Port Charlotte! They don't check their incoming faxes for people's ordered and then you get back there and your orders are not there, because they don't msintsin thr

Went to Quest to get some blood work done the staff was great. Melissa was so kind and helpful she definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you . I will be back.

Walk-in and register for blod test, took seat wait in empty lobby for 40min, employee says serve appointment first but come on no costumers at lobby at all, need replace manager. Look ar other reviews

I’ve had blood drawn all over the country and since moving to Florida have had most lab work with Quest Diagnostics. I drive from NP because that location is less than optimal and the PC location has the best office manager and phlebotomists. Getting blood drawn can be a scary, stressful and painful experience, and I tend to be a difficult “stick”, yet these guys make it a pleasant experience - as crazy as it sounds. I had to have 14 vials taken this time and Melissa did an absolutely amazing job - pain free with minimal bruising. The ONLY criticism could give would be that the staff tend to be very short and sometimes even rude when dealing with people at the window. They’re the same people that draw blood but I’m thinking the attitude comes from having to do both jobs - they may benefit from having a receptionist.

I always use Quest when I get my blood work done. Never had been to this location before but was a very pleasant experience from the moment I went in. I checked in and sat down for less than a minute before being called even though I was about five minutes before my appointment time. Ilene was the agent who personally checked me in and but before she started talking to me a man walked to the window to request help with checking in on the machine. She was very nice and helpful to him even though he was kind of rude and always had a smile. Quite good customer service. Then I went back with Lisa who drew the blood. I'm a big baby when it comes to this but she was fantastic and never felt the stick. She even gave me advise on when I should make appointments because I said I couldn't believe there were no morning appointments available anywhere even the week before when I made mine. I go every three months and she told me to make the appointment the day I'm handed the paper from my doctor. I never would've thought that I'd be able to make them that early but will try it next time. I most likely will go back to this location, although I've never found a bad location with Quest. Thank you.

Very rude people here. I came to the door without a mask was told I had to have one on. Didn't have one that's fine give me one, but then they told me they couldn't give me one they didn't have one to give me. I said CDC does not require it anymore. They didn't care I had an appointment scheduled and had to leave because I didn't have a mask. We're in Florida nobody requires a mask down here. Matter of fact, I think it's illegal here to require it. I didn't care to put a mask on, but it was just the way I was treated and don't even offer masks for people that come in without one. ?You don't have to wear one anywhere else in Florida why is anybody going to carry one in their back pocket just saying. I'm willing to pay out of pocket at LabCorp and not use my insurance just to stay away from this rude company.

If I could give a 0 I would. The staff is very rude and ignorant not helpful at all. I arrived at 5:52am. I see them all entering the building with NO MASK, then walking around talking abs getting ready all with NO mask. When doors opened at 6am, I was the only one there. Would not let me in cause no mask, would not supply one either stated u have to have your own. Then said I must have an appointment to come in as well. By this time fighting with me it was 6:15 am and NO one else was there at all!!! In that time could have taken my blood!! That is all I needed!!! Would never come back again!!
