If I could give 0 stars I would. First time I went for a one hour glucose screen and the worker said she didn’t have time and I’d have to reschedule. Second time I make an appointment for 9:20 not knowing they close at 10. I get called back for my appt with the clerk complaining that she shouldn’t have to take walk ins after 9, (not me, just other people in the waiting room). Looks at my paperwork and sees that I have a one hour glucose screen. Says she can’t do it because it won’t be over till 10:20 after they’re closed. What was the point of me making an appointment? Why wouldn’t it tell me to schedule earlier if they didn’t want to stay 20 minutes. I have three kids who and limited baby sitter availability. I go to the lab when I can. I’d never recommend coming here. There is literally TWO people that are wonderful and the rest seem to hate being there. Super rude and short, always complaining about how busy it is. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, go there.

Very pleasant and efficient! The survey was great and I was a Walk-in! Service was courteous and fast!

Super nice people. I came too late, appointment was canceled. Tried to make a new appointment for bloodwork (fasting) and all of a sudden she called my name. I was so happy, I didn't have to reschedule.
"My" nurse was from NY and super nice , gentle and knowledgeable.
I just felt the first poke, like almost nothing. I can't even see where the needle went in....no blue marks either.
I'm very happy with this Quest Diagnostics!!!!!

Times for walk-ins end at 2pm. I walked in at 150pm. One staff lied to me and said that they stop talking walk-ins at 130. When their website and phone service clearly says 2pm. And the whole office closes at 230. They still saw me when I pointed this out to them but you better believe that I had to deal with the attitudes for the duration.

Go early and schedule online - you enter all your ins info prior to appt, receive a morning check in text to click on once you arrive, and you get in very quickly! My Tech was amazing, gave a great needle (since I had 7 vials of blood drawn) and was kind and professional - highly recommend!

A very nice Quest location. The waiting room is nice and cool during the summer and wait times are not bad at all when you make an appointment.

This is my third time at a quest location in 4 weeks because they can't get anything right.
I walked in and signed in, I've been to this place 4 times so they definitely have my insurance card on file. And I also uploaded it when checking in online.
The woman comes out and says, is there a William M? I said my last name starts with M but can you verify that last name.
The only reason I asked her to do this It's because three weeks ago at the quest on caring way.They totally messed up.My blood gave me someone else's results and lost mine.
Then she asked me how much water I drank.I said two bottles She said that i'm dehydrated and I should have drank more. It's a seven minute ride from this location from my house How much water can one person drink?
Then she scolds me for not having my insurance card. Even though I have never brought it to an appointment because i've already filled out everything online seventeen times.
Quest really needs to train their employees on better customer service or just trying to be nice to customers.
I was here two weeks ago, and the woman wore the same pair of gloves for about twelve minutes before taking my blood.
I'm done with Quest

Horrible experience. The person responsible to make my tests treated me in a disrespectful and very rude way. I asked a question and she refused to answer it. And when I asked another member of the staff for her name to report her, this person refused to give it to me. I was told that I would receive an email to rate the attention but they never sent it.

I was here for a blood draw yesterday and needed to return because of a mistake they made and even though I didn’t feel I needed to, I made an appointment. The staff made me wait and wait and when I approached them at the desk they were rude and took no responsibility for their mistake. I am usually patient and understanding but the front desk person was immediately defensive and confrontational. I have never had this problem with a lab before. So angry that instead of offering support and apologies these women were intent on making the experience even worse.
