We got tired of waiting at the Deli long line with one older person doing his work. The deli manager swung by just giving orders, care nothing at the 8 of us waiting to buy something. It wasn’t for free, very expensive on top of it. The worst place in Florida!

this publix is always clean, well stocked, and the customer service is always amazing. i've never had a bad experience at this location. even if there is a small issue that arises the employees always fix it quickly.

This is my Publix. I usually have had great service in the past until yesterday checking out. The cashier was the nastiest little thing i have ever encountered. I asked him to throw away a bottle i had, and he made the biggest deal about it asking me where i got it? what was in it? crazy. Then, he started yelling and crying about how he couldn't handle the stress. What a weird expierience. I love publix. I hate spending 2700/ mo to feed the family, but it is way better than shopping at walmart. I think its time to start to look at other shopping stores. Publix Prominade has an Employee Problem. The customer comes last, and are treated like garbage.

I leave this store wondering why the cashier is so unfriendly and finally I’ve had enough. Bob S. Has never said hello or thanks to me even after spending 147.00 dollars there. Every time is the same can’t believe he is a Publix employee. Once in a while we have bad days but this person is the same unfriendly guy every time ! I’m done with that store.
