Tee was very patient with trying to help me by phone when I called. He quickly came out to my house and quickly fixed the issue with my sister in law’s Samsung Galaxy phone. He was very professional and thoroughly answered our questions in a way that we could understand. We were very impressed and will seek his expertise in the future and highly recommend him to others.

I am so happy I contacted Repair Ninja to fix my iPhone! He came to my house the same day and was done within 5 minutes time. Handing me back my phone that worked perfectly and looked brand new again. It’s hard to find good, honest service these days and for a reasonable price, so I am extremely grateful to Tavares. Highly recommend was at my house less than an hour after phone call he fixed both of my iPads and went above and beyond to get me the screen I needed and had it back to me by the end of the day ! And at a reasonable price can’t beat it I will definitely be using him again if ever needed

WARNING!!! I was excited to hire Tee to repair my two iPads considering his excellent reviews. Unfortunately.. when he returned them “repaired” they were each further damaged. He slapped screens on top & iPad 1 had glass shards under the screen and a plastic peeling. iPad 2 had a home button missing from its place? I asked him to place take them back and repair them properly.. he brought them back 3pm the next day when he had stated it would be no later than noon. Anyhow, both iPads home buttons are entirely damaged and they were not like this before I had him repair the broken glass screens. Extremely disappointed and have not heard back about further assistance.

Totally saved my wedding day! My phone froze up just as I was headed to my hairdresser’s for my hair to be done for my big day. It was in BOLD and the screen wouldn’t move to let me power off. Everyone on the salon was trying to help. I needed it for all the photos that were to be taken for me! AND the last minute calls and texts due to last minute changes of venue. I don’t know his name, but I told my stylist google the nearest repair place. Luckily I picked this place and the gentleman was able to talk me through the process to power off the phone. As easy as could be, once he walked me through it. I had accidentally already sent a 911 call trying it myself. He kept me calm and saved me from having a meltdown. I told him I’d come tip him, which he declined. Such a blessing this place was. I wish I knew his name, but I will never go anywhere else.

I did a stupid thing. I walked into a pool with my phone in my swim suit pocket. Immediately grabbed to protect. Too late. Followed online recommendations- rice, use of a fan. NO HELP. Called or messaged a couple of companies found on internet with no response. A month later, I went online again to find help. Called the Ninja. T answered immediately. We discussed my issue. He explained the process. Advised me of potential results and costs that could be incurred. A short time later he came to me and picked up the phone. Assuming it would be a few days or weeks until he would be able to review, and hopefully, recover data from the phone, I was very surprised to receive a message the next day that he was on the way to bring my phone back. He advised that he had been able to recover all data. All I can say is that I was very surprised and appreciative of his ability to successfully to do so. The cost was very reasonable.I would recommend T To any one needing repairs to their phone. He certainly has the experience and expertise to resolve your issues. He conveyed a very professional approach toward his business and provided a clear understanding of process. Excellent young man.

I was very impressed with the friendly service, speed, communication & value. I had a unique marine electronics part that T repaired for me & saved me a lot of money from having to replace it.
