I sat in the ER all day because of my breathing that they somewhat got under control. I have COPD and when they discharged me at around 7pm when I got home I called Port Charlotte oxygen and wanted an E cylinder and some small tanks delivered. The answering service first operator said someone will call you back shortly. I waited 2 hours and no call so I called back and got a real rude answering service operator named yvonne and she stated someone will call you back on the next business day and I said no I would like someone to come tonight and she stated NO SIR it will have to be tomorrow and I said so I was lied to the first call. She did not respond. Just a warning do not use PORT CHARLOTTE oxygen if you need anything find another company!!! Just read all their 1 star reviews and you decide.

Origional setup was great. Very professional staff. However as time went on I didn't need anywhere near the supplies they tried to send to me. I wound up with boxes of unused supplies and asked them to stop, but they ignored my requests. Unfortunately I had to be hospitalized for an extended period and the hospital took care of the needs, but this company kept on calling and texting and emailing me wanting to send even more supplies. I have spoken to many many "managers" on the phone asking them to please stop calling. They actually got to the point of leaving 4 voicemails a day if I didn't pick up their call. Because of my extended hospital stay and other things that kept me from seeing my pulmonologist at my regular appointment time this company's finance department threatened me with direct billing instead of Medicare. I explaned the situation and shared the issue with my doctor but they kept up the pressure and then sent MORE supplies even after I told them to stop. Now I recieve no less than 10 calls a week wanting to send MORE supplies even though I've not only asked them to stop sending more supplies but I've also told them to stop calling, texting and emailing me. Each time I talk with a so called manager he or she promises me the calls will stop, but they haven't! Many of these calls to me sound like spam from a boiler room from an asian country and the phone numbers vary with some of them actually indicating "spam" instead of oxygen supply or anything medically related. When I talk with some of these "agents" I can barely understand them because of the strong accent. I will get my supplies somewhere else and I believe my doctor will also start to refer to other sources. Recently I've been keeping several of the voicemail messages and of course I have my phone recordes to show the harassment this company is guilty of and my many emails and text responses to show I've been begging them to stop. Now I hate leaving this horrible review because the people at the store were so professional and kind, but the company they work for is horrible.

This company has gone to hell since they were bought out. You call and most likely will get someone from a regional office answering. Messages either don't get delivered or employees can't be bothered to return calls. Someone at the regional office also lied to me about my BiPAP machine order having already been covered by insurance in December 2022 but it wasn't going to be billed until I actually took possession of the machine in 2023. Well, I WANTED it in 2022 because my out-of-pocket had been met, so insurance would have covered all of it. So, unless they give me a free BiPAP machine, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and encouraging my doctor to steer patients to a different provider. My doctor is already less than pleased with the way this company has gone downhill.

this is a follow-up to a previous post. My wife was fitted for a mask in early March. They said we would get it in 5 to 6 days. The person that performed the fitting went on vacation the following week when she got back I went to check again was given a number to call and found out it was never ordered. I let them know that at the store they wanted to give me the emails to follow up on it which seems right they don't wanna do their job. It's been another week since then. No correspondence no mask. I have to question if this is Medicare fraud. The staff is very inconsiderate and negligent when performing their job I would never recommend this to anyone. I am now going to call Medicare and the doctors office to let them know what is happening. I would never recommend these people, and I will never go there again hopefully their offices in other areas of Florida are better than this

One of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with my wife was fitted for a mask over two weeks ago. Still not received so went to check today and was told by the representative to call the resupply company and find out what’s going on. Called them and was told it was never ordered. When I went back to the office she had the nerve to say “I will send you the emails that I sent them” and wanted to forward them to me. So now that we found out it was not ordered she wants us to do the leg work. My wife is 70 has not been able to sleep and is coming off of brain surgery, kidney failure and . To prolonged stays in the hospital. But her health and well being is not their concern as the only thing they are qualified to do is sell and receive checks, nothing else matters. The employees in this business is pathetic.

One of two orders were correct. One order was initiated 6 months ago and not fulfilled. I would call and ask the status. Some times with a a person sometimes with voice mail. I was told they would call back but with over 10 calls I did not receive a call back. Then after a week or month when I called they would tell me a different story as to why my order had not been fulfilled. Avoid this irresponsible business. Either they don't care about customers, or they have poor processes and business practices!!

Do yourself a favor and do not set up service with this company. Would give zero stars if I could. They are fine with setting up service, but once you are a customer, the service stops. A technician was supposed to come out five days ago to service my mom's faulty oxygen machine. Hasn't shown up, nor have I heard a word from the company. I waited on hold for almost an hour for two days. Left three messages. Today after 25 minutes on hold, a very rude person whose name I won't disclose insisted that someone called, even though the phone logs from phone show differently. She said, "haven't you ever had a problem with your cell phone service?" OMG.

Laura, the respiratory therapist, did a wonderful job of educating me and answering my questions about my new CPAP machine. I felt fully ready to use my new equipment and sleep more soundly. Laura even made a point to let me know that I could always reach out if I need any further assistance with CPAP or other respiratory equipment needs.

Been with this company for years supplying me with CPAP supplies. The latest order received, again was wrong. The supplies were tossed in a box with no packing list or information as to what was order, what was sent etc. When this order was placed discussion was that I required medium size supplies, and that I was leaving on a road trip in early June. Now with the wrong supplies that do not fit, calls to both the national and local facilities means just leave a number and someone will call you maybe within a day or tow. Just have to wonder what is going on with this company and what are they doing with these Medicare accounts. Service at their pleasure.

I am on vacation and I forgot my entire headgear back home in New Jersey. I googled where to get a new one, and this place came up, and I’m so happy it did. Sarai was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get me the exact mask that I needed, and I could not be more satisfied with the outstanding customer service. I have been working with this location for just over a year now. Every encounter I have had with this office has been positive. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They explain things completely, and don't mind you asking questions. They even got me hooked in with someone who texts me about my supply refills and makes the whole process effortless. I definitely recommend this location.
