Rich is very knowledgeable and friendly. He can answer questions on the spot and offer solutions to issues you might have. The store is bright, attractive, clean, and easy to find everything. Prices are about normal for a brick and morter store, but I have found the wisdom of the employees makes up for the price difference!

I used to get my liquid chlorine at another provider, but switched to pinch a penny because it is strong and does the job. The other provider a liquid chlorine must’ve been half the strength or less than pinch a penny‘s chlorine.

This Pinch a Penny has been nothing but helpful. When we had our pool built I decided to maintain our pool on my own to save money. I come in here weekly and have my water tested and they tell me what to add or do. Not only that, they have been more than helpful with questions about the what’s and whys of my equipment, air in the pump, o-rings and lining them.We have since had a pinch a Penny open up a bloc from my house and I still come to them for their advice, water testing, and most of all the service I get when I come here. Tina and Rich to name a couple of my favorites!Rich is the owner and has walked me through setting up a new salt cell when I had to change it. Awesome establishment!!

I have been using you guys since moving here in 2019. Rich has been a great help to me. I have replaced my pool pump, pool filter and switched over to salt water. This pinch a Penny is the best in town and Rich is awesome.

Visited this location today for the first time to seek guidance in pool care. We were so well received by the entire staff! Such a pleasant experience to find in today's world. Alisa was exceptional with her level of assistance and expertise and educating us in regards to our pool needs and care. This will be our Go To Pool Store. Just picked up chlorine today and was treated RUDELY! I am unable to walk so I asked my sister to go in. Sis weighs only 75 pounds and is unable to carry the jugs. When she asked for help the female sales person was extremely indignant and informed sis that if it was Saturday help carring the jugs would be refused. Good thing pool supplies are available at other stores as this one doesn't appreciate their customers.

The employees are very rude they try to sell stuff that my pool does not need. I do not trust them or thier advice on my pool supplies.

Everyone knows all about your pool and water. They are willing to share information and they don't load you down with unneeded chemicals.
