“I stopped in again this weekend. Reason for the visit is the Valatie a high-end brands that are available in the store. I had heard comments from people locally actually several times but this wasn’t a high-end store. But as you can see from the video, you can’t get any higher level than this.
Staff was kind enough to agree to a video. I wanted to live video current to show them how great the story is.”
“Excellent service. I needed to get a muzzle for a puppy who is having severe anxiety with strangers. It is required for him to go through his training class. Both ladies were so helpful and kind. I had never been here before, but will definitely be back. The prices are slightly higher than a place like Petco, but the quality seems much better and the service you get is significantly better. I got 4 bags of treats and the muzzles for $60.00. Everything I asked about they were able to answer or assist with. A great experience!”
“I give the staff five stars! but I give the store itself one star off because I wish there was more selections on reptile supplies. It’s pretty good but I wish they had more hides, wood decor, leaf litter in store but it is a really great store lots for dogs and cats. I get my nutro dog food there I love it. It’s in a great location too.”

“I stopped into tractor supply as a favor to try and help out a neighbor. I was looking for Lime powder. I had a lot of questions. John at the front desk was incredible! He listened with the intent to understand, ot simply reply. He was ever so helpful answering all of my questions as well as making a few other suggestions to resolve the problem. I hope TSC sees what an asset he is to their store, we need more people like John.”

“I have been going to the store to have my dogs groomed since the hurricane I have never been anything but extremely pleased although most of the time I work with Fran and Melissa, I’ve had a pleasure of dealing with the number of new people recently. One of my pets that I brought into them passed away. The kindness and support was so greatly appreciated in my Time of sadness. Would recommend this Shop to anyone.”
