AC wasn't getting cold, so I wanted to get it looked at before it gets Florida hot. Made appointment to have it looked at, and told it needs parts and labor and another appointment AND $190 for estimate. Will that be applied to the work charge? Nope. Ok I guess. Also needed a valve cover replacement for oil leak. Ok get it all taken care of. Dropped off car again for work, along with parts (because the difference in price was $900), and AC was fixed, but the valve cover was not done because it wasn't on the order from the front (even though the discussion with the mechanic was very specific to do both). I won't be going back to have the work completed. Did I mention there was $190 charge for estimate? The final bill had 1/2 hour of labor dropped from the estimate charge, so the estimate was only $135 LOL

I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I left the shop and drove 3 miles and my car was leaking oil. The oil pan threads were stripped. While replacing the oil pan the engine was cracked. Jesse sent me a picture and told me the engine was cracked. Turned out to be a cracked oil pump assembly. I specifically asked that he put his best guy on it. He explicitly told me I came in with a cracked engine. Jesse refused to take any responsibility and was rude to me. I towed it to Honda of Sarasota to be assessed. I needed an expert opinion. The oil pan and oil pump had to be replaced at a cost of $2,100.

It was after hurricane Ian, I had never been there before. ANother place advised everyone was 2 weeks out for repairs. My engine light was blinking and I had a problem accelerating, it was serious and I needed my car for work. They had my car fixed in a day, again I was a new client there. Several months later I heard a rubbing sound, the mechanic drove it and advised it was the A/C . I was treated extremely well , like an old customer, when in fact I was new. I highly recommend their service to anyone. Thank you

Only choosing 1 start because it wouldn't let me choose zero stars. My worst experience with an auto repair shop. $1,378 to replace my radiator, and replace a part in my A/C system and recharge. A/C worked for 1.5 miles and then blew hot only. Now, they asked for another $600+ to fix the A/C. They seem like nice and honest people, but their pleasantries didn't fix my vehicle. If you are willing to pay higher $ and have them not stand behind their work, go here. I've out $1,378 basically to get my radiator replaced, a couple hundred dollar part. I should've done it myself.Service: Auto A/C replacement

Very impressed at how honest, trustworthy and reasonable this auto center is. I just moved to the area and had my 2016 Jeep Cherokee shipped here. When we received it and drove it around we thought it felt and sounded like it needed brakes. The car has 85,000 miles on it, so assumed that was the issue. St. George is just outside our neighborhood so we took a shot and booked a apt. for brakes and a oil change. They called to tell me the car was done and the bill was $43.73. They said the pads on the brakes were fine and I didn't need to replace them. I had them repeat what I owed because I expected a large bill and a new set of brakes. They charged me for the oil change and that was it. We will always bring our auto repairs to them in the future and highly recommend them!!

This automotive repair center is respectful and trustworthy! They are well educated and trained! I was very impressed with their workmanship! Their promptness is precise! Usually, they have the work done within 24 hours. They also have a claims department that works with their customers and their car insurance policy to reimburse and apply funds!

I brought my 2003 Ford Thunderbird to them several times. They always diagnosed the problems accurately. They also repair my 2012 Chevrolet Impala. They answered all of my questions very patiently. I was surprised that their prices were so reasonable. I recommend about a dozen neighbors and friends to go there. They were all very satisfied customers. They were even sometimes told when work that they thought they would need was not necessary. Great guys to do business with

My 2006 Mazda 6 has idled rough for the last 2 years! I took it to a couple of other shops and they found some other issues to repair, but it still idled rough. I took it to St. George and it runs like new again. I believe that they are honest and know what they're doing! Top notch!
